Chicken Restaurants in Granbury

“I don’t go to ChicFile very often. But since the revamp I’ve now gone twice. And both times I’ve had something wrong with my order. Cobb Salad with Fat Free Honey mustard. The first time there was no egg in my salad. Went and asked for some and had 3 employees just stare at me and made me feel like they were trying to figure out if I was telling the truth or not. 10+ min later I finally got my prepackaged sliced egg. The second time I ordered the same thing and added chicken nuggets for my grandmother. I did not receive ChiFile sauce(for my gma) and never got my FF Honey Mustard. Just the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but it’s just super frustrating because I have a specific diet I’m trying to follow on my weight lost journey and not being able to follow through with the planned meal is very disheartening. Especially living 20+ minutes away it’s hard to go back just for sauce. I know eventually it will calm down and level out but little things like that does add up. And the little things do matter. But hopefully here in a week or two it won’t be so overwhelmingly busy all the time. Thank You!“

“Well, finally, the food is fresh. The biscuits are busting. The staff is super friendly. The young guy graduating from high school this year was just a genuine sweetheart. I came in to grab a few pieces of chicken and some biscuits and dang I put my order in in with second, it’s in my hands and out the door smoking hot and delicious thank you KFC Granbury for cleaning up the store❤️“
