“DoorDash order: I think this may be my new favorite place to eat. The food was fresh hot and the best meal I have had in a long time. Korean Short Ribs cooked perfect. Fried Rice huge shrimp clean hot fresh not greasy or oily. Crab Rangoon brought back memories of my mom she loved them and these were huge filled with an ample amount of crab and cream cheese sauce provided not needed. Shrimp Tempura Roll good roll great sauce and wasabi sauce amazing...Everything 10/10 even my kids 5 and 15 enjoyed it...Will be coming back for the Pho...Hands down #1 in my book.“

“Go to place for Hu Tieu in DFW. For Vietnamese restaurants, I generally recommend getting what they are known for.

I get a mix of egg noodles and pho noodles with the variety of meat and seafood. Soup and dry version is great!

Service is simple, order quick and food comes quick.

“My girlfriends and I had such a PHENOMENAL dining experience at Pho Pasteur in Arlington! The food was absolutely amazing! My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the young owner Van is so incredibly professional, kind and handsome! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a delightful time. “This is officially my favorite Vietnamese spot…the food was very comforting and warmed me down to my core, and I suddenly felt homesick for something I’ve never known. I came with my family after my concert and ordered #28 and #11 (if I recall correctly). Being Haitian, walking in immediately reminded me of the Haitian spots I grew up eating at. So I just KNEW it would be authentic. The staff was very friendly and the two gentlemen that helped us were extremely kind. The spring rolls were juicy and fresh, and the peanut sauce was the best I’ve ever had. My mum got the beef pho (I think #2…?) and the ox tail was extremely tender and well seasoned. She didn’t like that the broth was slightly sweet but I loved it.

My tomato based soup deserves its own paragraph. The broth was not acidic like I expected, but instead, very rich with a brilliant and robust muted tomato flavor. There were snails, tomatoes, green onions, tofu, and this cake type thing. I’m imagining that it was a crab and shrimp meatball . I’d never had one before and it was packed with a deep, beautiful seafood flavor. The noodles were perfectly chewy and adding the fish sauce and some chili oil elevated the whole dish. There’s so many people I want to take here, we will be back!! 💕“

The food has a very at home feel. The sauce is different than I’ve had before for summer rolls, it’s pineapple based.
