Fried Rice huge shrimp clean hot fresh not greasy or oily. Crab Rangoon brought back memories of my mom she loved them and these were huge filled with an ample amount of crab and cream cheese sauce provided not needed. “Go to place for Hu Tieu in DFW. For Vietnamese restaurants, I generally recommend getting what they are known for.

I get a mix of egg noodles and pho noodles with the variety of meat and seafood. Soup and dry version is great!

Service is simple, order quick and food comes quick.

The food has a very at home feel. The sauce is different than I’ve had before for summer rolls, it’s pineapple based. The catfish was a little bland, but I think that it supposed to be that way because they want the sauce to shine. A unique experience!“

My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the young owner Van is so incredibly professional, kind and handsome! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a delightful time.
