“The evening was outstanding! When we arrived for our anniversary celebration, the host, gave us a “happy anniversary” greeting. There was an additional anniversary gift on the table when we were seated. Monte and several managers made their way to our table through out the night to wish us well. Juan Perez was an impeccable server! He was very timely, anticipated our needs at each course, and was perfect with wine service. The food was outstanding ! The ribeye and veal chop were cooked perfectly, the extra sides of creamed spinach and mushrooms were amazing! It was a fabulous night! Thank you for the memorable evening!“

“We were staying at the resort and were told we had to try the Old Hickory while we were here.. no reservations available but Augustine i believe her name was, fit us in if we didn't mind sitting at the bar... you bet ! We were told to try the Artisanal cheese board to start.. when Joe brought it to us the description of each item was well worth the price ... AMAZING way to start dinner.. the wife had the bone-in Tenderloin and I had the Delmonico Ribeye.. both were excellent and cooked to perfection.. Keith the bartender was super helpful, a great guy was a perfect conversationalist... it was our Anniversary trip and he also made sure we tried an chocolate apple desert that topped the evening off.. WOW.... this is a great restaurant but what makes it extra special is the people that work here !! We were treated better than anywhere I've ever had dinner... bar none, the best service anywhere.. thanks for a great evening !!“

“This was my first visit, and such an amazing experience. The owner was professional, courteous and super friendly. The food was excellent, all cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The staff were totally professional, making sure everything was to my satisfaction. My family joined me later, and they also share my opinion. I live in the UK, but my family are in Texas, and have all said they will be back! A PERFECT SUNDAY BRUNCH!“

“Hands down the best meal I have ever had! ( I’ve always been a fan of Dallas’ Old Warsaw and Ft Worths Del Frisco). Perry’s outshined them by far. Food was superb and our server Maddison was exceptional. This is a dining experience one can hope to have.“

“First of all its always been on my bucketlist to eat at Saltgrass. How many times did I ever ask my husband to take me there ( I lost freakin count). None the less my liddo sister Christel Rios brought me on a runaway short trip from Wichita Falls Tx to Dallas Tx to visit family and then we ended up in Grapevine Tx on our way home and stopped to finally eat here at Saltgrass. We entered in and had might I ask, where was the hostess with the mostess to greet us? However, we were finally seen and seated. The lovely gentleman sat us as we told him that it was our first time eating there. I was sooooo excited. So he sat us down.....its beautiful inside. Couldnt keep my off of everything in there....its like a scene from thw WILD WEST. Well moving on, our waiter was Matthew, he was AMAZINGGGGG to us! 🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and so on for stars. He made us feel so at home. He gave us alot of positive info about the restaurant. Great job Matthew. Now not to be mean but the starter bread and butter was not the best. The bread tasted stale like days old bread. However everything else was FANTASTIC!! CHEERS for Matthew. Give that boy a raise!! Definately coming back with my posse next time! “I went with my family to New Year's Eve dinner and everything was spectacular. Wow, quality of service and attention from the staff, the exquisite food and the beautiful place. We were all delighted.

I didn’t catch the name of the young man who was the host but he was lovely. They sent me home with a little bag of Valentine’s candy with a coupon for dessert for next time and that was such a nice surprise!“
