“Just had a great experience at the Harker Heights Starbucks! Sam brought out my drink and even opened two umbrellas to give us some shade outside, which was super thoughtful. Adia brought out my sandwich, and both of them were so kind and helpful. I know they can’t always do that when it’s busy, but I really appreciated the extra effort. It made my visit that much better!“
“The coffee was delicious, but we were stuck in line behind two cars for 15 minutes. The lead car ordered a Frappuccino, and it took forever. If you have a complicated drink order. Do it over the app. 1 drink shouldn't take that long in the drive thru.“
