“I've traveled the world in search of the best custard ice cream. Search no further.... Freddy's!! The history is fun, the atmosphere is like a walk down memory lane. The general menu is on par with anything else in the fast food segment..but the custard (Freddy calls it a concrete) is in a class all by itself!“

But what really made my recent visit extra special was Shayla—her energy, friendliness, and top-tier customer service turned a simple cookie run into a memorable experience. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, offered great recommendations, and had the kind of positive attitude that brightens your whole day. Seriously, give this woman a raise!

“Saw the sign on the expressway for this Sonic so I decided to stop off and grab a drink. This is well over a mile off of the expressway. I located it pulled in. It is a very small location compared to others. I placed my order. My drink came out quickly. The employee was very friendly. Overall a good experience, just not a convenient location.“

“This location has many drive-in spaces on the entrance side; the other side, however, is the drive thru.I ordered thru the app, so when I checked in, I was immediately greeted on screen, and my order was processed.The employee who delivered my order was friendly.The food was hot, and the drink was correct. I was surprised to see that this location did not include a mint, though. I'm used to one in the bag or with the receipt.“
