“I love love love this cafe! It is my favorite coffee shop to spend time at in Mcallen, Texas. I can stay there for hours working on my computer or networking with business colleagues and friends! This is not just a cafe but a wonderful place to fellowship with other believers. You may walk in for some good coffee but when you walk out you have probably made a new friend too. “I visited both locations of Jitterz while in Mission and both of my coffees (Verano Latte Iced) were amazing and consistent at both locations—but more importantly at the N Bryan location there was a true light in the world named Trina who made my coffee.

She was genuine, conversational, and you could feel the Lord’s spirit in her presence. These are rare experiences in this world. She was the last person I’ll interact with in Mission before heading back to Kansas City and next time I am here, I’ll be back just to see Trina. I have goosebumps writing this. It’s the PEOPLE that make companies (big or small) incredible, and she made my experience incredible. (& the coffee was fireeeee)

“Esta dentro y en la zona de comida de Target, es pequeño en tamaño pero cuenta con todo lo necesario incluyendo venta de artículos que promocionan la marca y café en grano para llevar, entre semana sólo hay una persona atendiendo esta sucursal por lo que en ocasiones tendrá el cliente que esperar a ser atendido y a veces las mesas no están muy limpias. En general una buena actitud por parte del personal que la atiende. Hay espacio suficiente para circular con sillas de ruedas.“

“I love our Starbucks for our area. They are never moody and always so nice. My drinks are 99.99% always on point and honestly it was just that it was watery when I ordered ahead a couple times. Im a coffee lover and Im always at this one. If they were to be rude to me an any establishment id rather drive to another and never deal with them but this one Starbucks location has always been good to me also several others in the valley depending where im at but yess 5 stars. This is were my hubby and me have our coffee dates.💓🥰“

“I was craving some good sweet potato fries, and I remembered that Birdie Bistro serves high-quality food. My best friend and I went on a Saturday afternoon, around 1:30 pm, and let me say, it was quite busy. We didn't have much hope of getting a fast sitting; however, the nice hostess was able to find us a two-person table on the balcony of the second floor. The view from the second floor: nice. My best, and I got to have the chance to people watch while conversing and waiting for our food to arrive. Our server, the most enthusiastic person ever, gave us very good service by providing us with different options of drinks, offering additional recommendations for our food, and his humor gave us a nice waiter and customer interaction experience. I got the sourdough turkey and avocado sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries, and my best friend got chicken alfredo with a side of garlic bread.
Although we arrived during their considered busy rush hours of the restaurants, what didn't work out for me was that only our waiter and another waiter were assigned to assist on the second floor. At times, no waiter would be on the second floor, or one waiter would be catching up to all the tables' assistance. I understand the waiter's hustle and commitment to giving the customers the best experience!
What worked out best for me is the location. The restaurant is a few streets away from Downtown and there are plenty of parking spaces to use while visiting the restaurant. There are plenty of walkable areas around the restaurant with some small businesses close to it as well.
Overall, I would really recommend this place to try out for brunch-related gatherings. The staff are very friendly, the food is really good with a lot of options to choose from, and the interior and exterior design of the restaurant is very pretty.“

“I always make sure to leave a review with excellent service. I mobile order my breakfast here, before work, every other day or so. I place my order as I’m leaving the house about a 7 min drive and every time they have my order ready so I can be in and out. I order the $6 meal deal for reference. Staff is always hustling and wishing customers good morning/have a great day. I definitely recommend this place for breakfast on the go. I ordered the Cookie crunch chocolate chip Frappuccino and Mrs. Crystal made it for me and it was delicious! She drew balloons on my cup with a Happy Birthday, she went out of her way to make it special for me even though there was a lot of people.
