“Coco Shrimp is absolutely amazing from the food to the staff! I was having a rough day and lost my appetite and I couldn’t eat what I had ordered. Levon Juarez came to check on me and asked if there was anything wrong with the food and if everything was alright. He offered to take the food back to change it if something was wrong. When I told him I just wasn’t hungry, he made sure to pack my food up for me and checked if needed anything else and gave me a gift card which I felt so bad for because I was just having a bad day and nothing was wrong with the food. But thanks to him my bad day, became way better. He was incredibly kind and that’s just the behavior of Coco Shrimp employees. Totally worth checking out and the tacos are to die for! I always look forward to when I can go back.“

“Very impressive for an airport restaurant. Generally speaking, food and service are similar to their regular restaurant locations which seems to never be the case with airport restaurants. They have gone out of their way to keep a solid menu and a full bar as well as the feel of a restaurant that is a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle upstairs. Highly recommended.“

“Absolutely love this place! Everything is great! Oysters, tacos, any of the specials. They recently started taking reservations and it has been great for our weekly Friday night dinners. We had a 10 minute wait tonight with our reservation which wasn’t a big deal, but the manager brought us a free sampler appetizer for the inconvenience! Top notch family friendly place!“

“We decided to give this place a shot for my wife's birthday lunch. We were not disappointed. The food was so fresh with terrific portion sizes and was at the perfect temperature making the crab easy to crack open but not over cooking the crab meat.

Our waitress was quite nice and attentive with no waiting on refills, which is impressive for the amount of water my wife was downing.

“I came here before heading back out of town and it is absolutely amazing!! The staff is so sweet with a super cute atmosphere, and the food is even better!! I would’ve taken a picture if it hadn’t been so delicious that I ate it all first. Let’s just say my friend with me doesn’t normally like poke but I asked him to try mine, and he was jealous that he didn’t get any for himself. 1000% recommend & will be coming back!

Hand rolls are interesting and very good. 3 for $22 plus you get a side salad. Restaurant was quiet at 7pm and got busy at 9pm on a Saturday night. Largest table size we saw was a 4-top so you'd need to call ahead if you have a large group that needs tables put together. Tight parking but that goes for this entire shopping center. The service was excellent, the decor was cozy, and the food was divine. The miso soup was perfectly done, not too salty, not too bland, but nice and hearty. The chirashi bento was amazing. Instead of the usual meh salads they give you squid and seaweed salad which were delicious. The half tuna rolls were more tuna than rice and were fresh and delicious. And the chirashi was just heavenly. Each piece of sashimi was topped with its own seasoning to really bring out the flavor of the fish, complimented by the high quality rice and salmon roe underneath. I was so satisfied by the food I ordered dessert and got to taste the amazing tempura cheesecake. Though pricey, it was worth said price. I left the place full and happy and will be back. 10/10“

Let’s start with the Oyster platter.. pico was fresh and it could’ve been better with more flavor..

Next up is the Tosti-Viche - I was thinking it was okay with more salsa that they had in the buckets.. 4/5 on that one

We also ordered Tacos Governador and Fish Platter.. they were alright.

Like I said, they need more flavors and seasoning.

If you’re in the mood for live music, this could be a good option, with the only exception that you’d have to come when there’s more ambiance.

This place needs more spices and better house salsas to give their food some life.

However! There’s a photographer that took our picture and she framed it for us. That was a sweet touch!- and yes you have to pay for it.
