“So this place is just amazing! They have great drink specials and plenty of beer choices. For a small town bar, they are fully stocked. They even have a small bar food menu, nomnomnom! The staff are super nice and helpful. The atmosphere is sport's bar and very clean yall. Plenty of bar games such as pool tables, darts, etc. Come on by and get you a cold one, you'll come in a stranger and leave being part of the family!“

“Given the location and the scenario, this place exceeded my expectations by far. I ordered the seafood platter and it was quite decent In addition, the place seems clean and service was nice. Would recommend a spot to sit back and relax instead of sitting in traffic heading down to Galveston“
“Ate here last week for lunch and a few other times before and my bacon avocado cheeseburger was delicious and super juicy. Onion rings were super hot and fresh. I dont come here enough. Probably a good thing so i dont burn myself out and the food always tastes perfect. My food is always hot and never cold. Just wish they had fountain drinks but i understand its more of a alcohol establishment. The waitresses have always been super nice to me and check on me every 5 minutes. Never been on a extreme busy day but im sure they are short staffed, but these ladies always seem to work hard and never stand around on their phones n such always on the move so give them a break if they rush a little bit .“
“Love the specials! Wings are large. Burgers are great. Atmosphere is frenetic. It is a great place unwind from a long day. Service is quick.The entertainment is on the small and fit side of the spectrum. Definately a plus. Spinney spinners are the normal, not the exception! Beautiful ladies.“

The owner is a really nice person he accommodated with the furnace, conversation, charging device, outside food, loves dogs, cold beverages etc...The patrons are friendly coming from all over the map to view 1. Of the most beautiful Sunsets taking in Sunny San Leon you'll see from anywhere in the world or at least it's the top 3rd best on my list.The people that make up for the regular crowd are so friendly, genuinely kind, and inquisitive, fun, inviting, are very much dog lovers, and owners they treated my Pup pup like he was part of the family even inviting myself pulling up a chair for me to join in the festivities, and conversation.The Atompshpere, weather, and good times created a lasting warm memory. “My family & I have been coming to 3 Acres for several years. It’s a great place to gather outdoors & enjoy friends while the kids run & play! The live music is always nice & I like the different food truck options. We’ve made it a tradition to come to the Halloween night they host & always have a great time.
