“Ate here last week for lunch and a few other times before and my bacon avocado cheeseburger was delicious and super juicy. Onion rings were super hot and fresh. I dont come here enough. Probably a good thing so i dont burn myself out and the food always tastes perfect. My food is always hot and never cold. Just wish they had fountain drinks but i understand its more of a alcohol establishment. The waitresses have always been super nice to me and check on me every 5 minutes. Never been on a extreme busy day but im sure they are short staffed, but these ladies always seem to work hard and never stand around on their phones n such always on the move so give them a break if they rush a little bit .“
“This place was awesome. We tried three flavors of custard. Vanilla, pumpkin cheesecake, and horchata. All three were great. Got some other made in store sweet stuff to try at home. The people were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back for more.“

“My family & I have been coming to 3 Acres for several years. It’s a great place to gather outdoors & enjoy friends while the kids run & play! The live music is always nice & I like the different food truck options. We’ve made it a tradition to come to the Halloween night they host & always have a great time. “Went to King's Saturday night to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday and see rey from the Fe and his band the Marshall Ranch band perform. The band played outside so we ate dinner outside, the band was great, our server Miranda was fabulous and it was a very busy night, and all of our food was delicious - especially the parmesan fries. “I was recently at the Texas City location and WOW! Jai was PHENOMENAL.She allowed my kids to taste the ice cream before we purchased it to be sure they would like it. She had great customer service, a positive attitude and a radiating smile. She even joked around with my son. The bathroom was clean,which is a plus on my book. My kids really enjoyed their visit and we definitely will be returning soon. I can't wait to try a new flavor.“

The entertainment was top-notch; karaoke set the mood initially, and as the evening progressed, a live band took the stage, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The Tequila Sunrise was expertly crafted - not too strong, just perfect. I did try the fried pickles, which were a tad on the salty side, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise delightful experience. “Had a lunch special. Chicken and a side (salad) & added garlic parm sauce that came on the side.It was lunchtime so it wasn't very busy and there was plenty of seating. We sat at a booth, but there was bar seating and high tops also. The atmosphere is very laid back. The server was nice and fast. Nice little spot ?Posted pic from another visit. “This place is like a hidden gem where you go at lunchtime or Happy hour there’s always a friendly bartender Waitresses and waiters there to serve you. The food is great, on weekends It gets pretty crowded and lively. They have lots of beer choices and alcohol for you to choose from. Sometimes they have karaoke they always have music and lots of sports on TV. You can also play pool and other games there they have something for everyone. “Some of the best BBQ I've had in quite sometime. The ribs literally melt off the bone. The BBQ sauce is well balanced. Smoky and sweet.
