There's more Mexican & American food than Chinese. That ain't right. Also, the Chinese dishes are missing a lot of vegetables/ingredients that you'd usually see in the traditional dish. The exterior and interior is very off putting bc it looks Chinese/Asian, but like, I only found 3-4 items that were Chinese. The rest was western food or a bit of Japanese food. I GIVE CHINA BEAR BUFFET A FIVE STAR BECAUSE IT'S ONE OF THE CHINESE BUFFET RESTAURANT SOUTH EVERGREEN LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE LOVE THEIR CHINESE ARTWORK AND THEIR CLOTHING THE FOOD OF ALL VARIETIES FRESH AND HOT ON THE SPOT THEIR SERVICE IS AMAZING I LOVE THEIR FISH ? TO FEED AND WATCH IT'S RELAXING IT'S WORTH THE MONEY THE ONLY PLACE I'LL GO THAT'S A BUFFET.

I came to this place like 20/25 years ago when it just opened up and it was very, very good. After a couple of years, it went downhill. We tried it two days ago, food looked very good, the biggest problem, it isn't hot, when you have it on the plate, walking back to your table, it's only lukewarm and in no time COLD!!
