“First time eating here and it was amazing. My friend brought me here she said it was great. I ordered a cheeseburger and funnel cake fries. The bun was homemade and tasted delicious. The meat tasted fresh not frozen and the funnel fries were to die for. The placed looked clean and the staff were very friendly. If you looking gor a good burger place this is it.“

“I ordered the Fish and Shrimp. The fish is burnt so bad that it's rubbery and no flavor to either the fish or the shrimp. The burgers are good but really slow service and they have someone at the register that does not like her job. Talks so low and with no emotion and no smile.

“My wife and I came for a weekend visit to Houston and on way to hotel spotted this place. So we checked in and after inquiring at the hotel front desk decided to check it out. We decided to order Po Boys. I ordered the catfish and my wife ordered the shrimp. Well I got to say this place does a great job of cooking. Momma runs a tight kitchen in the back. The sauces on the Po Boys tasted home made and the fish and shrimp grilled to perfection. The shrimp were also some pretty good quality shrimp. The vegetables were fresh, tomatoes and lettuce, etc. and fries nicely salted and just right. Customer service was great and staff super friendly. A great family restaurant. Definitely recommend.“

“First visit after passing by a number of time. Picked up food to go. Gumbo, red beans & rice and crawfish ettouffee were all tasty. Wished the chicken in the gumbo had been lump/cubed, rather than shredded, but this didn’t affect the taste. All had a nice level of heat (spice) without being overbearing. Bread that came with was bland. Will definitely return and try a few other items from the extensive menu.“
