“Wow. I can’t believe it took me so long to find this place. They’ve been open for 2 years now. We stopped by during Happy Hour and tried as much as we could. The Pane was delicious. We also went with the Crochette. The “salsa verde” was fabulous and the perfect pairing to the sourdough bread. The wine recommended was awesome. For the main course we split the risotto and the lamb chops. 5-Stars all the way. We will be back!“

“I’m not sure that I could recommend this place. The food was good, however I was with my 5yr old daughter and really felt like we were rushed. I understand we can’t possible order up a tab that much but we surely didn’t deserve to feel rushed. We split a salad and the meatballs. The main dish came out literally 2 mins after receiving the salad. I don’t know about this place. Slow it down.“

“Cacio e Pepe pizza is amazing as is the broccolini. Capers, giant croutons and shaved parm made the Caesar salad memorable.

Update - Ordered take out and had the Margarita Al Crudo with their awesome Caesar salad last night and it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Houston.

Pickup was easy and order was ready quickly.

“This was our first visit, so my review is based on very limited experience. The bread service at the beginning is a fantastic selection including two each of hot seeded rolls right out of the oven, slices of sourdough, and a few of the best sesame seeded breadsticks in town. The endive salad was large and exceptionally good. The pastas are all made in house. My wife's veal parmesan was well made, comparable to the best versions in town. I had the King crab with squid ink spaghetti, Nduja, cherry tomatoes, and corn. It was good, but there was a bit too much going on in this dish. Nduja is great on a pizza, but over-powered the King crab. The squid-ink pasta was hidden by the tomato/nduja sauce. There was one medium size piece of King crab. If they want to feature the crab and black pasta then I think they would do better with a less complex and aggressive combination of elements: perhaps, a light sauce of garlic, olive oil, and parsley with a touch of saffron cream. The wine list included a good selection of wines from California, France, Italy, and Spain. We had a nice Priorat which is not that common to find on Houston wine lists. It was excellent at a reasonable price. Our waitress, Kimberly, was exceptionally good. She knows her menu very well and struck the right balance between attention and leaving us alone. She gave us a complimentary slice of olive oil cake, which I had heard about but never had before. It is a light and pleasant way to end a meal. Thank you Kimberly. Overall, it is a nice, quiet, somewhat dark, restaurant with a good wine list at reasonable prices. I like any place that makes fresh pasta. Next time I will try a more traditional or subdued dish like the Bolognese or gnocchi, or perhaps Branzino.“

“I had dinner at Marmo the past two nights and it was absolutely amazing. The experience was so good on night one that I had to come back again the next day. Lorenzo was the bartender serving me dinner last night and he is incredible. Super friendly, great energy, and always has amazing recommendations for things to do around Houston. If you go, definitely sit with Lorenzo at the bar. The food is on another level. The cowboy ribeye was extremely flavorful and cooked perfectly. The regular ribeye was exceptional as well. The mushroom risotto was phenomenal. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. The broccolini was actually really good. The toasted potatoes were absolutely phenomenal. The meatballs were really good too. I just wish they were a little softer, but the sauce they use on them is exceptional, so you can imagine how great the rest of the Italian dishes are. The vibe at Marmo is everything. On Saturday night they had a singer at the piano bar and she was phenomenal. She was singing R&B and Alicia Keys and it made the entire night perfect. The piano player is great too, but no vocals, so when she came on it completely elevated the room. Overall, this place is a 10 out of 10 for me. Five stars all the way. Whether you sit at a table or at the bar, you're going to have an amazing experience. I was in town for a business conference, but I will absolutely come back to Marmo any time I'm in Houston. Highly recommend this spot.“

“We’ve been going to D’Amicos for almost 20 years and it’s a fantastic place. Food has been amazing and prices are much more than affordable. Pizza is delicious and pasta is great. Everything is so good… but my favorite is the pappardelle with bolognese sauce, and also the salsa rosa with chicken and either farfalle (bow tie) or penne pasta. Tiramisu is addictive, be careful!! (joke). You can’t be wrong going to this hidden gem.“

“My wife and l come to this kingwood location about once a week, Brandon and Jordan are always great. The food is always great up until about a month or so ago. The Angel hair pasta in alfredo sauce tastes different, kinda soggy, it doesn’t taste the same l don’t know what changed but l wish they would go back to the previous one.“

“We went last night for my husband’s birthday. While the food was outstanding per usual, the service was deplorable. We waited 40 minutes before our order was taken and just sat with waters. Bread came after appetizers. Kids were completely done with their meals before adults received ours. Difficult experience with two small children. When we first got there, only three other tables had people at them so it wasn’t busy. Definitely expected better service.“
