One of bellaire’s stample viet/Chinese restaurant been around for ages and they have kept the quality very consistent throughout the years.
Anyone visiting from out of town definitely give them a try.

The food at Vinh Hoa was outstanding! The fish was very fresh and cooked perfectly. You can tell they use quality ingredients in every dish. Great flavors, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every visit has been a great experience. Definitely a 5-star restaurant in Houston!
