“I have eaten on certain occasions, the food is very good, the quality of their products is excellent, as is the bread, it is very fresh and spongy, what we all look for in a sandwich. The only observation is in the staff since sometimes they are not very courteous. On certain occasions, I have been served by a young woman, Tereza, I think her name is, and she has not been very good when she received my order. Customer service should be fundamental. It is of no use to have good food when the customer service is not good.“

“The manager is a total pro… there was a delay with my order (at the time of pick up the employee hadn’t started it yet, and then I watched her serve others before me which frustrated me… i had a cranky one year old at home with my husband, so was admittedly rushing a bit, and cranky myself). I mentioned that my pick up time was 4:40 and i was getting my order at 4:55 after watching others come in after me and be served before me- he immediately refunded the whole order and said he hoped I’d be back. “The food was delicious not gourmet but I think just the atmosphere of the store made it taste good. There was a dark skin curly haired kid who played music that I would listen to in highschool, he was very polite, and had a whole conversation with the kid about music. A true gem in willow park compared to all the other places with high schoolers working.“

The price is great, and they deliver in a matter of minutes. In my work I was't able to just stop for lunch whenever I wanted so I could order, have it delivered to my office and then I could eat at my leisure.

“This is a great Subway location located in older Weatherford area. It looks older from outside and the decor is a little dated (needs remodel like the others in the area), but the service is great, food is fresh and well made. The manager Erika is a great addition to this location and leads the team in making guests feel welcome and cared for.“
