“I was in the area and looked for bbq places nearby as I was unfamiliar with the area. The pictures of the food looked appealing so I went. When i got to the restaurant, I was served promptly. The ribs were delicious! They were soft and easy to chew. I almost didn't need bbq sauce they were so good. The potato salad was creamy! I have a new favorite bbq restaurant“

“The wait is a little long, but the food is worth it and you will likely have leftovers. On busy holidays you have to book a reservation way ahead of time but on less busy days a reservation is helpful but not totally required. The workers and atmosphere is great with delicious bread rolls to fill up on.“

“The restaurant is beautiful, the food was amazing. We started with the brisket queso, I would highly recommend it. The steak was super juicy and had wonderful seasoning. Our server could have been more attentive we felt like we were searching for him and he definitely forgot about our drink at one point but the manager made up for that completely. She was so thoughtful! Our son was noticeably upset at one point and she brought us a free fruit cup! That cheered him right up. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will be visiting again.
Kid-friendliness: We had multiple servers come up to tell our son hi, it was so sweet. Someone even gave us a graham cracker snack for him. Later on in the meal he got upset, then the manager brought us a free fruit cup to cheer him up! He was very happy.“

“I visited with my brother. The young lady that took our order was very pleasant and helpful when we trying to figure out what we wanted. However the couple that ordered after us were given WAY more details and options available. As in lean or fatty brisket when we both ordered the brisket meal. The lady also only asked them if they were first responders, prior military etc. She did not ask us that question at all. My brother and I are both 100% disabled combat vets with multiple deployments between us. Please treat all of your customers with the same respect and courtesy when offering discounts because I would have liked to save some of the fifty plus dollars I spent with you all today. Plus the tip. We will not be returning because of this.“

“The staff was very nice, we were even offered free drinks while we waited. It took about 10 minutes after we ordered to get our food(we were the only people there at the time).
We went around 6PM, so that could influence the food some. For 2 people, we spent around $60 and we just got 2 meals and no drinks. The portions were very large though, so we'll have leftovers.
The sides we had were mac n-cheese, dirty rice and potato salad and they were all really good. I would say the sides were the best part.
The rest was decent. The BBQ sauce had good flavor, but the brisket and sausage were on the dry side for me. They weren't dry, but typically brisket will fall apart, and be really juicy and this wasn't. It was REALLY smokey. My wife asked for lean brisket(I did not) so I'm wondering if they just went lean for both. The brisket was tender(you could bite through it easily), but it wasn't like falling apart tender. The sausage was decent, but nothing special for me. The cornbread was just okay.“

“I frequent this place and can say that the food is good most of the time. Sometimes the meat can get dry. They desperately need to teach better knife skills. The quality and thickness of the cuts are very random and unattractive. The rewards program is one of the best.“

“I am in town and dog tired.didnt want to go out from hotel so I found Tony's on Uber eats.what a pleasant surprise! I loved the food.i got the three meat plate and the two pieces of fried fish with shrimp.EVERYTHING was delicious the potato salad was great and I'm really picky on that. The rice! Oh man the rice with the fish was awesome! The only bad thing is that I don't live in Houston to enjoy this place over and over“
