“The Zodiac Room and THE Neiman Marcus store in downtown Dallas will always be what Dallas should be. From the age of 8, I adored the shoe department. My family drove to Dallas from Waco to visit family and go downtown. My paternal grandmother adored shoes. She passed this gift to me. The Zodiac Room became a tradition when my family relocated to Dallas from SA. A neighbor introduced me to the Holiday Buffet and we enjoyed it for 22 years together. Thank you for the memories.“

“Our first time here and super impressed. Our server, Jorge, went above and beyond with his friendly yet professional service. He ensures you're ordering what you mean to. The chicken fried lobster appetizer was PHENOMENAL!!! 🙌 I wish I got a pic of it but I devoured it too quickly. 🤭 The NY strip was tasty, even better with the Bone Marrow butter to go on top. Promise, you won't regret it!!! My hubs also added the blackened shrimp and he enjoyed it very much. They're large for sure. We'll def be back and will be requesting Jorge again!“

“We decided to spend the day in Bishop Arts and popped into Pillar for lunch. The atmosphere was perfect for an afternoon bite and cocktail. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Side note, I loved the water glasses so so much. I may or may not have come home with a pair that was given to me by (I’m assuming) the manager :)

“This was my first time experiencing Chet’s Dallas. I found it at the spur of the moment searching for a dinner outing and you all did not disappoint! The moment I walked in I was amazed. It’s a beautiful restaurant w/ a breathtaking lounge area and nice bar. The Lavender Lemon Old Fashioned was perfect—very smooth and rich. The Blackened Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Rigatoni pasta were sooo GOOD. The perfect amount of spice, creaminess and seasoning. It got better with every bite to the point I was in disbelief. 😩🔥🔥🔥I have hands down NEVER had a cheesecake better than the cheese cake I had here. Lex, our waitress, was so sweet, fast, attentive and she gave us the background of the owner / restaurant because of how in love I was. The owner has 5 or 6 other restaurants on that same block. 🤯 Because of my experience at Chet’s Dallas, I will be trying them out!“

“LIVE BUG IN THE SALAD the only thing they offered is to take it off our tab. On top of that, it took 35 minutes to get just a singular beer and over an hour to get our food. Would not recommend to anyone. Especially in this area there are great restaurants with in blocks of here that the service is better and you won’t get bugs in your food.“

“Came here the first time on a Saturday afternoon for a friends birthday dinner. We were upstairs near the bar. The menu by the bar is very limited which was disappointing. I ordered the ricotta dip to share, which was ok, but not enough for dinner, so I was going to order something else, but the waitress never came back. She was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. I will say the 2 drinks I had were great and the atmosphere was fun. We had a great time but I left hungry. My friend had a great time and that’s all that matters. I would like to come back and actually have a chance to eat from the dinner menu.“

“Second time for a gaggle of planes to come in for lunch. Agree with other reviews. Little short staffed, but with our big crowd, understanable. The breakfasts (served all day) are really good. Burgers are average size and plenty of fixins and fries were OK too. Nice and VERY clean cafe and terminal bldg. I'd call it at $75 hamburger, just short of a $100 burger :-) Recommend the breakfasts A+++ Will be on our radar when a bunch of us want to fly down for a good meal.“

Great cocktails, Filet Perry, truffle fries with onion strings, creamed spinach, au gratin potatoes, and pumpkin cheesecake — every dish was spot on. Once the sun went down, the skyline view was breathtaking. A huge shout-out to our server Amadeo, who made the night even more memorable (the warm towels at the end were such a perfect touch!) Salmon was a little dry, so I added some sweet chili sauce, and that made it awesome. Brocoli was not too soft and not too hard. Perfect. Garlic bread was good. Cheesecake was perfect.
