“We had an excellent time at The Metropolitan on Main. The cocktails were very unique and delicious. The French fries with truffle oil really hit the spot. And the charcuterie board had a little bit of everything:berries, cheeses, meat, bread and fig jam. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were introduced to the owner who is a delight and has a passion for entertaining.“

“Let's say this is pretty cool. To go grab a nicely stacked sandwich. Seeing some womderful youth working so well is amazing. The staff really puts a sandwich together nicely. It's not thrown together...smashed up..left out.
Very respectfully executed. Red oak is pretty small so it's pretty cool seeing people you know.
The brownies are delish.
Remember it's not thrown together and gets nicely toasted...so that means a wait.
It would be pretty iconic to actual firefighters items in here since it's local but independently owned and hires locals.
Definitely has my support in quality.“

“The ladies that works there were amazing!!! It was my first time visiting Dallas (from MD) so I took the bus to explore the downtown area. I stop there to order some sandwiches and go back to the hotel. After ordered I went back to the bus stop right next to the subway. Two busses ? (230 line) didn’t stopped and after an hour I had no cellphone battery so I had to go back to subway. My cord didn’t work and those amazing ladies offered me a cup with ice and water and shared their fast charger cellphone cord that I used to check the time for the next bus stop. I made it back to the hotel thanks to them. They’re very kind people!“

“This location is definitely awesome. Will definitely recommend. They have great customer service and always get greeted. Today I came in to pick up my food and found such a kind note on receipt. “Food- 3 the sandwich seemed so small, I actually measured it when I got home and it really was 6”. They are a little stingy with toppings & my meatball marinara was more marinara than meat. I remember now why I stopped buying subway and choose Firehouse, Jersey Mike’s, or Jimmy John’s .
Service- 2 the language barrier was a huge struggle and the look of irritation & frustration the ladies had, made me irritated because I’m speaking as clear as possible. I always get cheese on both breads & that created way too much confusion for such a simple request.
Atmosphere- 5 stars all the way! It’s inside of my favorite Tiger Mart/Exxon and they always have a lil vibe in there.“

Really impressed, the Lady with tattoos happens to be my fave but again this location is my fave. Its not the closest to me but I go cuz I've had perfect food and perfect service every single time !! “Subway has always been a favorites but this location has the best sandwiches ?. This location has the Honey Wheat ? bread ? and the Jalapeño Cheese ? Bread ?. You won’t be disappointed with this classic/retro bread options. The staff here is super nice too.“

“I get my lunch to go at this Subway location 2 or 3 times a week, and the manager, Elizabeth, already knows my order before I open my mouth. She and her staff always take great care of me and value me as a customer. I also appreciate how they remind me if I have a couple of dollars or a Subway special to apply on my account. Thank you!“

“Andy is The associate that help me , there was a long Line inside and out. Andy was Moving the drive thru and when it stopped he help the lady yo front and help to speed up the Line. He was was fast and got out good quick. 10/10 great Service.“

“Sunday March 23rd, 11:00 a.m. Antwone inspired me today! We had the most fantastic customer service and perfectly made sandwiches for our family of three, it was like a work of art and looked like the actual sandwich from the commercials! Normally would not post a review for a place like Subway but honestly this guy made me want to go out of my way to show some gratitude for his great attitude and service. The world needs more positive people like him!“

“The customer service is always great at this location no matter what time I get there. The food taste great and fresh. The only thing I noticed is it's best to go during their busy times for fresher stuff. If it's not that busy the veggies look kind of old. But over all my favorite Subway in Oak Cliff.“

“Worth the extra effort to get there! The staff are nice and attentive. We took new employees here for lunch and to show them the underground tunnels in Downtown Dallas. The line moved fast. Chicken salad always is my go to here. They have great cookies and if you sign up for the app they are buy 2 get one free! The music was also great at this location and the dining area was clean even though it was busy. It is underground in the basement of the Renaissance Tower. Try the Chicken Pot Pie soup and The Wreck Sandwich!“
