“This place was still serving a full menu at 10pm, thus winning our dinner business. The place is much larger inside than I thought.

I went with a Reuben & sweet potato fries. I ended up with regular fries but if they are any indication of how good those sweet potato fries could be... greatness is on the horizon.

Finished up with the bread pudding. A fine finish to a wonderful meal. My only complaint - after our waitress realized the sweet potato fries didnt make it to the table, there was no effort to rectify that. They were busy & I certainly didnt push the issue, but even now...well over 24 hours later.. I'm still wondering how those sweet potato fries tasted.

Prices are fair, choices a'plenty and food was mostly cooked to order.

“Jessica at the front desk was a superstar in the midst of a stressful experience, as we and about a dozen other travelers had flight delays that required the use of hotel vouchers at this hotel. Plus, their credit card kiosk didn’t work, so she had to be extra flexible and accommodating, going above and beyond! Jennifer at the hotel restaurant also kindly still served us, even though we ordered food about five minutes before they closed at 10! “This is an amazing place to be. It has a new concept and people who have a horrible attitude won’t like this place. I see few reviews here, the so-called-American patriot guy. He claims he’s not a racist but can’t stop talking about how this business is not working up to his reputation and judges the place because the waiters are chill and not slaved on like other “typical” sports bar. This place is unique and unlike any other places I’ve seen. And I must say I’ve travelled to other countries and continents and I wouldn’t mind a new concept of a sports bar as opposed to the same old cookie cutter American sports bars. “This is only our 2nd experience having food from Country Cafe! The first time was dine in and excellent on all accounts. Today (12/7/2025) not so much with getting food to go. Actually, not even a little bit. Placed our order for fried shrimp, catfish, onion rings & fries. Also, for carne asada (with rice, beans of course). Food was tied up when it was handed to me and I fully expected my order to be correct as it was simple and small... But I was very wrong!

First, our food was cold and we live very close to the restaurant. Upon inspection we had no condiments to go with the seafood platter so no tarter sauce, cocktail sauce, ketchup, etc. and the worst part is our french fries were missing completely! As I said, this was a small uncomplicated order! We will never order food to go again as it was a total waste of money.

If you choose to get to go orders I strongly suggest you untie the bag and inspect everything before you leave!“
