“Small cozy place BUT with that said it can get kinda crowded depending when you go for example I went sunday late noon and it got busy with in 20 min of me being there good thing I was already sitting. The staff Accommodated a drink that wasn't on the menu for me they are super nice. I'll definitely visit plase again.“

“This place is the cutest and most relaxing little getaway, tucked right in the heart of all the action. The vibe is truly unique charming, peaceful, and full of character. We rode the complimentary bikes to explore Las Colinas, grabbed amazing coffee from the on-site coffee house, and enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. One of our favorite parts was playing cornhole in the courtyard such a fun touch! Our patio led straight out to that shared space, which made it feel cozy and connected. Every detail felt intentional, and the ambience really set the tone for a memorable stay. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We genuinely loved everything about our time here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that feels both laid-back and full of charm!“

“Having breakfast at Joe’s is like a big warm hug! They truly are like our second home, and everyone is especially kind and sweet to my toddler son. I just had twin newborns as well, & the staff are so accommodating to our new additions! I struggle w/ insecurity when trying to find places to eat at with our kiddos, but everyone welcomes you like family. I can’t recommend them enough.“

“Well made traditional drink at a good temperature. Coffee has good character. Don't like the paper cup delivery as it takes away from the product. It would be good they open up some dialogue and ask if the order is for "here". Because even if they want to stick with the paper cup, anyone can decline the plastic lid and the sleeve.Location is a little different, but lots of room to sit and look out the windows. No wifi from the coffee shop and very little power available to plug in a phone or PC. Significantly better than a Starbucks for coffee.“

“Genuinely, genuinely the best croissants and baked goods. I used to be able to get these pastries closer to me due to a wholesale partner, but am sad to find that they no longer sell them there. Unfortunately, Montecito Baking Co. has ruined me...I will be making the almost hour drive to buy these pastries because my god are they the best in the DFW. SUCH a hidden gem that quite frankly needs much more recognition in the metroplex!“

However, I think a drive-thru option would make it much more convenient, especially for busy customers. While the coffee was good, the prices felt steep, even considering the price structure this chain is known for. Overall, excellent service, but the high prices might not justify frequent visits.“
