“I can be picky about steakhouses but this one was right on in terms of the steak itself. A prime NY strip for $53 is a decent price and this one was huge and one of tastiest I’ve ever had.\nThe built in sides (carrot and potato) are decent but the steak is the star. The wine list is pricey and not great with a big mark up. The wedge salad is just ok. Service is top notch.“

“Had dinner at Pappas Bros Steakhouse and it was truly a memorable evening. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and intimate, with just the right level of sophistication and sufficient lighting. The art deco style was very appealing and elegant.
For starters, we shared the crab cakes, which were cooked to perfection—sweet, tender, and utterly delicious. For our main courses, I ordered the the ribeye, cooked medium-rare, and it was a 10/10. The steak was incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly seared. We paired our meals with the lobster Mac and cheese and asparagus.
We left feeling completely satisfied and look forward to returning.“

This girl was clocked in for about 30 seconds and was just running the show. I don’t know how this place survives without her!!“

“Christian our server was absolutely amazing! The ambiance, decor, vibe and music were all on point. Appetizers didn't disappoint with the cheesesteak bites and rolls. The peppers with the cheesesteak rolls was brilliant! The dips (our fave was the salted caramel) were so whipped they make cool whip seem rough. Amazing! So delicious. My anniversary date had the seafood bisque and said it was the best she'd ever had which is hundreds of bowls from different restaurants around the globe...yes she's an expert on bisque. I had the vodka rigatoni she had the lobster linguini. She absolutely loved hers, I just liked mine a little. More on that. Toffee cake for dessert and our special coconut sundae was amazing as well (thank you for that!). Only thing not giving the entire experience top reviews is my dish. The rigatoni was very soft, like it was cooked too long as it shredded when I stabbed it with my fork. The sauce was spicy, yet too sweet. Don't get me wrong I love sweet, and a balance of the two in a pasta dish sounded just amazing. The chipotle flavor was strong enough but the sweetness overpowered the dish and IMO could use some toning down. It could practically be a dessert pasta it was so sweet. The Ruby room was a vibe for sure-perfect blend of music, atmosphere, lush drapes and booths with sexy staff going by you'd think you're in a speakeasy. Definitely a great date spot but not for business as the music was pumping. I can't wait to come back and try the steak frites-that's what I was going to get. And for my beautiful date? She just wants to put this meal on repeat! Thank you.“

“The Fried Chicken was excellent. Not too dry and cooked well. The Steak Fries were huge, equivalent to half of a baked potato with a crispy skin and tasted very good. The salad was very well done and the vinaigrette dressing was excellent.

Some of my dining companions had brunch and said the omelets were good and the breakfast potatoes were good but spicier than expected so order water. The Key Lime Pie is excellent and highly recommended.

None the less my liddo sister Christel Rios brought me on a runaway short trip from Wichita Falls Tx to Dallas Tx to visit family and then we ended up in Grapevine Tx on our way home and stopped to finally eat here at Saltgrass. We entered in and had might I ask, where was the hostess with the mostess to greet us? However, we were finally seen and seated. The lovely gentleman sat us as we told him that it was our first time eating there. I was sooooo excited. So he sat us down.....its beautiful inside. Couldnt keep my off of everything in there....its like a scene from thw WILD WEST. Well moving on, our waiter was Matthew, he was AMAZINGGGGG to us! 🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and so on for stars. He made us feel so at home. He gave us alot of positive info about the restaurant. Great job Matthew. Now not to be mean but the starter bread and butter was not the best. The bread tasted stale like days old bread. However everything else was FANTASTIC!! CHEERS for Matthew. Give that boy a raise!! Definately coming back with my posse next time!
