The experience at Rudy’s is always enjoyable. The service is quick, and the pit crew is incredibly friendly. I love the extra touches, like the jalapeños, onions, pickles, and free bread they offer for building your own sandwiches or pairing with their flavorful sausage. The dessert options and slices of cheese to complement the meats are a nice bonus too.

Their brisket is excellent, and the prime rib is a standout. There’s plenty of seating, and since they don’t take reservations, you can just walk right in—no hassle.

Rudy’s isn’t just about lunch or dinner. Their breakfast tacos are a fantastic option, and it’s also a great spot for a quick coffee in the morning. The attached convenience store is genuinely convenient, adding to the charm of the place.

Parking: It's a walk to the window to order. Nice outdoor seating nothing fancy. When the lake was full it was the place to stop, also local businesses.
I get the pulled pork sandwich, it is phenomenal!

The severs will cook it for you. They always give our toddler balloons weighted down with chopsticks to keep her entertained while we eat. Sometimes there’s a wait, but they will text you when your table is ready, so you can go browse H-Mart while you’re waiting. Highly recommended!!“

“I had a great experience at Bill Miller today! After accidentally ordering tenders instead of chicken for my family meal pack online, I went into the restaurant. Johnathan quickly confirmed they had started my order but assured me it was no problem to fix. Jennifer was also incredibly accommodating when I asked for extra pickles and onions, providing a large container without hesitation. The chicken was super fresh, and while I find the brisket to be just okay, everything else, including the great value of the meal, was excellent.“
