“Except when temperatures are high. Went by this morning, about 10:45. Walked in to people waiting everywhere and told 10 - 15 minutes wait. Ok ..but looked around and counted 8 (EIGHT) empty, clean tables. Thought, ok, waiting for buffet to catch up, but no, only 1 person was in line there. They seated some, so we went to sit on bench area, and began to really sweat. When asked if AC wasn't working was told, "It's just the building, cause it's so hot outside". okay, we left. won't pay those prices, to be hot, no matter how good the food is. We'll go back maybe in the fall, winter, when "the building" is more bearable.“

“This establishment Now Closed, August 2024. My experience around the world, general knowledge terms across the board. It was Italian owned, with Italian Staff, clearly! Atmosphere was good not excellent! As intended by looking at it, being there. Set up didn't Hit the Mark. Waitress had to move us to another table because it was dirty not clean and then the table that we moved to was not clean. The second table as well had to be cleaned as stated and then it was left wet or damp should I say either way it should have not been that way. Now for a breakfast and/or strictly brunch establishment, back to the Italian thing, honestly one not knowing any better and I'm laughing at this but it's true, would say that it is "upscale". I'm going to tell you right now it is everything but "upscale". I would not dare think to try and categorize it as such! Lived in Germany for years been to Italy dozens of times. Way overpriced ridiculously I've had the same amount of food for half the price and it tasted a thousand times better for breakfast. Embarrassing to say for any Italian or about. Yes the waitress was Italian they were full-blown from across the pond, straight outta Italy. Glassware, coffee cups were even imported. This is North Texas We want breakfast not Italian let's try and feel miserably and turn it into cuisine breakfast in North Texas. It was not horrible, already been addressed here. This IS NOT an exaturation.“

“Typically, restaurants attached to a hotel aren’t great. But this place is awesome! The club sandwich is amazing and the atmosphere is terrific. However, the best part about this place is Paige, the bartender. I have two words for you: ROCK STAR. She is THE BEST! Friendly, professional, on top of everything, and makes a fantastic cosmo. “The food was good. The shining star was Mariah S. The woman is hands down the most fantastic bartender I have ever seen, known or heard of. It was like watching a dancer. Every move she made behind the bar had a purpose. She was welcoming and genuinely friendly, not just the shlock that bartenders are prone to put on while they're fishing for tips. Even if the food had been total crap, which it wasn't, the evening would have been 5 star, just to see someone who is incredible at her job, work.“

“Snooty Pig is a simple place serving traditional American dishes at their place along Country Club Road in Argyle. They have a good sized indoor seating area with tables spaced out nicely. You'll also find friendly and timely service along good portion size servings that seem to taste really good. Had breakfast here recently, ordered the pancake combo with eggs and bacon. Everything tasted exactly like it was supposed to taste, coffee was hot, good and refilled by our waitress regularly. Very pleased with this breakfast and would likely eat here on a fairly regular basis if I had a place like Snooty Pig Cafe back home.“

“We were visiting from out of town and a local friend recommended this restaurant. My tween daughter and I had dinner here, and it was phenomenal! The food was so good, I went back and got takeout too. Can’t say enough about the delicious, clean food! We had fish tacos, smoked chicken salad and a small Brussels sprouts salad. Picky eater daughter had the kids chicken tacos and raved! Yum!“

My daughter is a big fan of their Very Berry French Toast. We always end up with a smile in our face and obviously would recommend this place to anyone in the area that hasn’t had a chance to try it. “While staying at the Marriott at 3300 Championship Pkwy, Fort Worth, Texas, October 31- November 1 2024 went had dinner at Jackdaw Restaurant. It was an absolutely great experience and the staff was wonderful. Toni took care of us and did a marvelous job, Toni is the very the best ever! What a wonderful person. One guy hung out in the back on the phone walking around touching all the things with his gloves on just before finally going to help in the kitchen without changing gloves. No ice available for drinks. Food wasn’t good and we barely ate it because the place is gross, bacon was burned. Nothing good about this place at all. One of my sons said he’s going home and going straight to the bathroom. 😣 Skip this place!“

“The food at this location has changed. The free peanuts are still a treat as well as the fresh rolls. The drinks are good as well as the salads. The steaks have made a turn, and I don't know if it's the time if day or location. One does seem to be better than the other. But what we look for is consistency with our food. I order a steak w/ mushrooms, with a loaded baked potato and a salad. I can truely say that my salad was the only thing that was the same. The mushroom were over powering the taste of the steak as when I usually place this order my mushrooms are on the side of my steak or in another fish. My baked potato was rather small and the cheese and added hoping were ok. I know my visit to this location was a first, but we usually wait for the gross to be seasoned before trying new locations. The margaritas on the other hand was a hit, but that's may have been the alcohol talking. I'll try this place again in due time. Just due the cost and taste of the steak, which us usually a hit just wasn't this go around.

“Took my dad there for his first visit. Food was good and tasty however, his salmon was a bit overcooked and a lil dry bit he liked it nonetheless. Service was good and it was sweet to take a couple complimentary croissants home. They make for a sweetl delicious treat. Don't forget to tip your servers. Now, go get your grub on.“
