“Walked in and were sat immediately. The atmosphere was very relaxing with the way the lighting was. Very cozy. Riley was our waitress.
From the start she did let us know they were short staffed and she had a full section and apologized for if and when there would be a wait. We are pretty chill and go with the flow so overlooked it :)
Despite the heads up, she did fairly well. She informed us they were making fresh tea so there was a wait on that, but while waiting she did ring in our appetizers. We ordered the Texas brisket queso. Very delicious!! Only downfall was the chips. They brake so easily >.< Shortly after our entrees come out. We ordered the parmesan crusted chicken with half-rack baby back ribs with cheese broccoli and parmesan crusted chicken with rice and a baked potato. The chicken was so freaking good! I’m talking about JUICY! Now the baby back ribs they were wiped clean to the bone so I presume it was good. We both enjoyed our meals. In between Riley did check on us in a fairly manner. Refills were brought without us asking. Pre-bussed throughout which I loved cause I work in the restaurant industry and out of habit I do organize to clean up and move things to be taken as I like plenty of room and a clean space. At the end Riley asked if we wanted any dessert which we saved room and ordered the molten lava cake. It was ok. Definitely moist but wish it had more of that fudge in the middle.
Riley was very sweet and nice, she kept her attitude cool even though she was swamped.
Our bill was $80 with 4 entrees ( 2 kids plates, and 2 adult plates ), 1 appetizer, and 1 dessert. We tipped 30% for being so attentive despite being swamped. Hopefully that made her night after a short staff shift ( not her fault but she did give us the heads up in case ). I rather that then wonder whats going on and why this and why that. Really big on pre bussing and refills!! A++ <3“

The management is above 5 stars thank you Mike and Sam for having such great food and Anna is awesome she is another you will want to sit at the bar she is very curteous and accommodating! We were met with a friendly staff, delicious food, and a very competent manager. For all those Katy victims... come eat here. They will restore your faith in this franchise.“
