“It's been awhile since we last ate here. The owners have renovated the restaurant with a Texas/country atmosphere complete with beautiful classic country music. There is also a big screen TV with Euro 2024 (soccer) playing. I ordered the relleno and it's homemade. I prefer to have a light salsa sauce on it vs the processed cheese topping. I don't like onions and that was the 2nd flavor in the salsa served with chips. I can enjoy salsa usually but the onion flavor was strong. Hubby loved his enchilada plate and especially enjoyed the tangy verde sauce. Note: Kassandra's is closed Saturday & Sunday.“

“Wednesday, 5/19 at the West Side Farmers market, I had the Asada tacos plate, three beauties that were some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Great quality, nice folks. Highly recommend. They sold out at the market. Hope to see them again out there on Chapin Road.“

“Great juicy burgers. Always fresh. I ordered the wasabi burger which has a really tasty sauce which I asked for on the side. Also got sweet potato fries which were really good. The sauce is really good for dipping fries in, creamy and spicy. They have various kinds of specialty sodas on tap.“
