“The young lady who waited on me was really trying to do that job Well. It is the American experience where the whait staff will just walk up and start talking to you without the least bit of cordial interaction. Not an excuse me or anything. Just walk up and start talking and act like they know you. It takes some getting used to but I understand that she's just doing her job and really trying to do it well and I'm not complaining. The food was good and I don't think overpriced. I would certainly go again. Another thing about the American experience is the portions. Order a dinner, That's enough food for a day and a half, anywhere else in the world.“

“I want to thank the Manager in duty today at the 5030 N Desert Blvd, El Paso, TX 79912. My family went over today. I ordered the prime rib, which I have done since it's been added to the menu. It came out a bit disappointing. Our lovely waitress was already going to take care of it, but the manager went ahead and handled it personally. He came back with a great cut of prime rib and a new side. The rest of our lunch was great!! I don't have the manager's name, but I appreciate that he took care of it and didn't dismiss the issue.“

“Excellent service! Our server Adriana was very patient with our party of 8. We did accidentally rate a 1 star but meant to put 5 on the survey on the kiosk. 😭 (manager, pls forgive us!!) Definitely didn’t mean to do that. Food did take a minute to come out, but it was very delicious. She made sure to answer any questions we had, and ensured we were glad with our orders. She was super busy and still found a way to manage all big party tables. We hadn’t gone to Texas road house in 5 years, but would come back just bc of the fantastic customer service. 10/10 would recommend Adriana as a server!! Very kind and personable. 💕“
