“Been there many times. Service is friendly , courteous, attentive and quick. Appetizer s are all good…especially the fried onion strips. Barbecue(brisket, ribs, chicken) all great. Was out of chicken this time. Ordered a hamburger…boy, what a mistake..flavorless, small, definitely a disappointment and will never order again. Plan to go back…but now know what MOT to order.“

“First time here and enjoyed it! Employees were all welcoming and kind, place was clean, wait time on food was expected, drinks were at a decent price and tasty, everyone enjoyed their time! We had the special on Saturday night which was the pizza, I've had gastric bypass and greasy food upsets my stomach big time yet I can eat small portions of bad food but this pizza here was barely greasy! The pizza was awesome, like I said barely greasy, I enjoyed each bite and didn't have a stomach ache afterwards. The jalapeno poppers, which ever since the surgery jalapenos or anything spicy now upsets my stomach but the jalapeno poppers I was able to eat which surprised me! Now I know where to get some good pizza and jalapeno poppers, this is perfect for people who don't like greasy pizza or jalapeno poppers that are too spicy. Though if you if you add jalapenos on the pizza, those now are spicy! Next on my list is the try the crawfish fries!!“

“Small, local cafe with friendly service and fresh tasty home style meals. A nice mix of American and Mexican dishes and also serving breakfast. The taco salad was fresh with generous avocado and the chips and salsa were incredibly good with a nice kick of heat. Stopped in on the way to Bastrop and highly recommend over the typical fast food options!“
