Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

“We were just passing by and saw this pizzeria in our way home. WE DO NOT REGRET STOPPING! Pizza was really great! There was a little mishap but the manager Matt I think was his name was really awesome about the situation we unfortunately ended up getting someone else’s pizza and he still ended up giving us ours. “This is our five or six time here. The employees are great at Potranco rd in San Antonio ! We came for dinner and Kristy was awesome. The food is fresh and flavor is consistent. I highly recommend this location and restaurant!! Five stars and give Kristy a raise she’s great! The staff was quick and always smiling!!!!! The parking has shaded areas to the side. “I wanted to recognize Sergion. This is my first visit to this location and I was very impressed with his exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. He was also the chef and made the best Asian Zing tenders, perfectly cooked, seasoned with the perfect amount of glaze and crisp. I hope Upper Management knows that they have a wonderful employee with Sergion and he is doing a fantastic job representing the company.

I ordered appetizers & a burger , my sister and I were just served the appetizers, for some reason our burgers that we ordered were not done that was a big NO NO on the kitchen staff as far as the rest of the VERY FRIENDLY & PROMPT to ask if we needed anything.. don’t get me wrong I will be going back I really really want to try the CHICKEN FRIED BIRGER & THE BACON BURGER … not upset just want to know what happened to our burgers that we ordered.. I did take some of the appetizers with me but I saw a homeless lady and just gave her the rest of the NACHOS (which were very delicious)

“We played a tournament and spent a good 9 hours here. This place exceeded our expectations. No it’s not fancy, yes there can be improvements but it was cozy for the day. Same for the fields, not fancy but playable. Plenty of seating, more than enough shade, food, and a very caring owner/manager. They provided water for the players, handed out ice pops to the little kids watching the games, even walking around periodically to ask if your okay. There are bleachers as well as tables and chairs/picnic tables. 2 fields. Yes you can bring wagons and your own chairs too. Recommend a fan during the hot months. Plenty of room to play around for kids that get restless. For food it ranges from what we saw about $4-$8, they offer hamburger, fries, nachos, Dino nuggets. We paid $6 for Dino nuggets and fries. In the morning they offered breakfast tacos- chorizo/egg and bacon/egg. The only downside to this place is the restrooms. In the women’s some doors did not have locks and the toilet paper rolls were sitting on the back of the toilet. The upside for parents that want to drink during the game, they let it happen!“
