“FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! We came here tonight for my kids birthday party. She's quite shy but we still wanted to have the goofy birthday experience that we had growing up (coming to Joe's Crab shack for birthday celebrations has become a tradition in our family). Well, they sure did it! Our server, Jose, was amazing, friendly, checked on us often, made sure we had what we needed, and answered all our questions with a smile. He made us feel super welcome and well taken care of. I wish we could have tipped him more. Then a whole bunch of crew members came out to do the birthday celebration with our kid, who was thoroughly entertained & embarrassed, as we had wanted, haha. And the food was stellar, which has always been the case in the past when we came here so I expected nothing less. Overall this was a fantastic pending to an important birthday and left our whole family feeling wonderful. 10/10, highly recommend, and thank you so much to Jose and the amazing crew of this Joe's Crab Shack! Sidenote: Every time we go here we always get the Great Balls of Fire, the painted crab dessert and the "Shark Nibble" drink, all of which are 100% worth getting every time. The dessert and the drink are a huge crowd pleaser with the kids. They're super cute and fun, very affordably priced, and something we personally haven't seen at any other restaurant.“

Cozy vibes and bold flavors — but don’t get too excited about the drinks.

Look, P.F. Chang’s knows how to hit that sweet spot between “fancy enough to impress” and “comfy enough to not stress your outfit.” The sushi roll? Easily one of the best I’ve had in ages. The lettuce wraps? Literal soul food—if your soul craves crunchy, savory goodness, you’re covered.

But the drinks? They took a hard left into sour-town and missed the mark. Like, who ordered these sad cocktails? Not me.

Inside, it’s a surprisingly romantic little nook with dim lighting and cozy seating. Perfect for date night if you want the vibe without the stiff atmosphere or dress code.

Now, the server… yeah, they were acting like they’d rather be anywhere else. Rude energy doesn’t usually come with the P.F. Chang’s territory, so I’m chalking it up to an off day. Happens.

Heads up: it ain’t cheap. But hey, I walked out full and happy enough to justify the splurge.

Bottom line: Skip the drinks, order all the sushi and lettuce wraps, and enjoy the cozy vibe — just hope for better service next time.“

“I love flower child to the point in which I genuinely want them to cater my funeral, but like why do I have to pay $2 extra for more chips whenever I get queso? The serving size of chips for the queso is equivalent to a small handful (or 1/4 of a small brown bag) while the queso is enough for 2-4 people so you’re forced to pay more money for what you should’ve gotten in the first place. I kid you not, when I combined two of my small bags of chips together (after paying $2 extra for an extra bag) it only made a little less than half a bag of chips. Did Jesus personally make these chips and then hand delivered them to you guys on a chariot? No. Then why am I not getting enough chips for my queso? :(“

“I made reservations on Open Table to eat with my family here on Christmas Eve. The entrance was pretty crowded but I walked up to the hostess stand. I had to wait 4-5 minutes before the two hostesses acknowledged I was there then they asked “Have you been helped yet?” (They were the only two people there to help anyone). I gave them my reservation information and the hostess informed me there was a glitch in the system and some reservations were made for 12/24/1980. I confirmed mine was for 2025. She said she would add me to the list. I asked how long that wait was and she said 30-45 minutes. I stated again that I had a reservation. She said she could seat us now outside (which was fine since it was warm out). The whole check in process took about 15 minutes. More and more people kept piling in the restaurant for 6:45 reservations. One guest told me last year PF Changs didn't have record of her Open Table reservation. Once we were seated the service was fine. The music was very loud outside, especially mixed with the traffic/street noise, but our server was very kind and turned down the music when I asked.“

“This was my first time eating here. I love the simplicity of the ordering style. Being able to pick your toppings as your pizza is being built in front of you is great. I chose the Panzana Pan crust. It was so light and crispy. This is hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I also love that they are all personal sized. You can also choose to get a smaller 7 inch pizza with a salad. Great crust, great sauce, great toppings. I highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful.“

“We order Mr Jim's Pizza Azle at least once a week we get their giant salad and pizza, and they make a special pizza for my grandson and he says it's the best pizza in the whole world! He's five and the pickiest eater but they make it just the way that he loves it which is very, very little sauce and pushed in the oven a little farther so it doesn't cook as well done. He will eat that whole small pizza, which I am so gratefully blessed that they are there and they will fix it for him. The salad is the large one we can eat on it for 3 days and it is so delicious not to mention that Bradley the owner goes over and above to make everyone happy and his employees are a mirror image of him. so do yourself a favor and Order from Mr Jim's of Azel today delivery is quick food is hot and extra yummy!!“

“The service was awful. Had a gift card issued from Red Robins and the manager could not get the card to work. The waitress grabbed my bag of food and took it to the back. As if I was going to steal the food. I offered to pay for the food after about fifteen minutes of trying but, the manager insisted on getting the card to work. I called customer relations and asked for assistance. They could not help me but, said they could see the gift card in the app. After about 45 minutes of waiting I left because the food was cold and I was frustrated over the entire ordeal. This Red Robins was in Hurst, Texas near the mall. Won't be going back there no time soon after that type of treatment I received.“
