“I dined at the Mi Cocina on MacArthur, and the customer service was top tier!!!!!! I wore a complicated outfit and the nice female manager assisted me in the bathroom with my clothes and engaged me in conversation, and she ensured that my dining experience was amazing!!!!! Now that is customer service!!!!!!! The food was amazing, the server was fast and friendly. The interior is beautiful and great for a date night. The food is always delicious and presented well. The mango sticky rice is the perfect dessert. The portions are sized large so plan ahead for dessert and appetizers.“

“Eating here was nothing short of amazing! My table was not ready at first, so the host directed me to the bar to have a drink and/or some appetizers. I went to the bar to have a cocktail known as The Diamond which was so nice and smooth. My table ended up being ready after 15 minutes after which I was directed to by the hostess downstairs. Ms. Debbie was my server and Mr. David assisted her. They were absolutely wonderful! They both very attentive, professional, and nice! They made my evening! All of the staff were wonderful! I had the Lobster bisque which was so smooth and creamy. I then had the central cut filet mignon which I asked to be butterflied and served with the famous Diane sauce on the side. I also had a half portion of the asparagus and mashed potatoes. All of the food was so delicious! I also had two strawberry lemon drops which were absolutely gorgeous! I would have tried dessert, but I was full after everything I had! I will be going back to eat at this restaurant when I go back to visit, and I will definitely try something on the dessert menu the next time around!“

“My husband and I ordered two signature cakes from Sugar Bee Sweets this past weekend. We chose a 2-tier lemon cake with the blueberry filling for the wedding cake, and a 1-tier chocolate cake with caramel buttercream and toffee crunch (with extra toffee pieces!) for the groom's cake. THEY WERE AMAZING!! They were picture perfect and tasted fantastic! “I have driven to the Hulen St. Unrefined location for 4 years to order my nephews’s special corn and gluten free vanilla cake with strawberry frosting for his birthday. My sister told me Cookies, Crust and Crumb bakery was now owned by Unrefined and it was in Hurst and much closer for me. Ordering was a breeze and the cake was the best one we’ve had. They said they quoted me a much lower price than normal and would honor that price. I wear hearing aids so didn’t hear the price quoted and told her I was prepared to pay the correct price and she insisted I should only pay what she quoted. I was very pleased with the service and the cake got rave reviews from all who ate it even our server at our restaurant celebration raved about the cake. We should have picked up cards from the bakery to hand out! Great experience all around. Highly recommend.“

Things have changed here and that’s a real win for Grapevine. This location has recently returned to onsite cooking, not just onsite prep. The difference in taste and freshness is amazing and long overdue to return the menu and experience to its former glory.

Big shout out on service too. Chris behind the bar is awesome and makes the experience all that more enjoyable.“

“Anna's is a nice, upscale-ish restaurant serving Tex-Mex classics executed perfectly. Service is prompt without hovering and it's subdued enough you can have a conversation without having to shout across the table.
