“Cute little shop with handcrafted donuts and frappes. Donuts were still fresh and soft at 2pm, and matcha frappe was delicious. We also liked the breakfast tacos and savory pastries. Staff is so friendly and atmosphere is earthy and relaxing.“

“Good coffee and food, but it took 25-30 minutes to get a single latte and panini. So obviously this is not the place to come to grab something quickly on the go. They have a great view overlooking the hills with some little tables under a nice covering to sit and relax. I was just in a hurry and trying to hit the road and support a small local business while grabbing a quick coffee. Would come back if I'm not in a rush, but would definitely recommend elsewhere if you don't want to wait a long time.“

“Best crepes in Austin! The perfectly well kept secret I feel I have discovered. Come and try and thank me later! I have had 3 different types of crepes, all amazing (1 savory, 2 desert)! Perfect ratio for ingredients vs crepe. Perfect thickness for crepe itself! Yum!“

“I LOVE this family owned business, because it is so community minded (and delicious). The staff are friendly & helpful; the pastries, teas & sandwiches are yummy; and we especially enjoy the outside patio. This weekend, they even let the adorable local Girl Scouts set up a cookie booth out front, illustrating their commitment to being a community establishment; not just an establishment in our community. PS: Try the BLT -it's soooo good!“
“they were open after 8 on Christmas Eve and the sign said they were open Christmas morning!! #savedtheday. We needed a few last minute items for Christmas Day with the grandparents and they saved us!! Such nice staff and a great selection of items!“

“Was in the mood for some pancakes and did a quick search and Cafe Lago came up. The food was really good and the place was pretty crowded when I showed up. I ordered pancakes and the ABC omelette and both were really good. I am going to come by again when I have the urge for pancakes. Cafe Lago is definitely worth a stop if you are looking for a place for breakfast.“
