“"Hello everyone, I recently had an amazing experience at Halls Honey Fried Chicken on Lancaster Road in Dallas, Texas. I want to give a special shout-out to Tangela Jackson who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly polite and even went the extra mile by giving me an extra leg with my two-piece order. Not only was the food hot and crispy, but it also had that homemade taste that made it truly special. I've been to Halls Honey Fried Chicken three days in a row because their food is just that good! I highly recommend giving them a try. For the outstanding service and delicious food, I believe they truly deserve five stars. I will definitely be coming back for more. “I went inside to eat, was told they didn't have any more trays for my order. (They only had 3 tables worth of customers tho) so my dine in meal was served in a Styrofoam togo container. People were standing around on their phones including what seemed to be the manager. Even tho the drive thru was wrapped around the building. The ONLY saving grace was the food was hot and fresh, so Way to go kitchen crew !“

“The employees working the parking lot are friendly even though they’re working out in the hot sun. The employees at the windows are super friendly. The food was hot and delicious! Oh my and that lemonade! Yes indeed! They need to add more employees for taking the food orders! One person trying to take all those orders will not work!“
