I like when customer service people are nice and they talk to you.They want to have a conversation with you cause you're a person like that wants to be heard. I got my toasted coconut donuts.I got 2 jelly filled doughnuts,and I got a chai coffee with some carmel And a extra shot of expresso. She said some people really like it, so I tried it.It was great.“

“Awesome addition to downtown Rowlett. excellent pastries (huge variety) and breads. Fabulous coffee with house made syrups. They offer some unique coffee creations. I've enjoyed the Hot Turkish Coffee with cardamom syrup, the Mexican coffee with cinnamon and the iced horchata coffee. Great local vibe. Limited indoor seating but plentiful outdoor seating so I look forward to enjoying more coffee al fresco now that spring is here. Don't leave without a loaf of their sourdough bread. I ate a whole loaf by myself in a week. So delicious!“

This place has not only outdoor seating for about '15' but there is also 'indoor' seating for '8' at an oval table tucked away from most patrons! Parking lot "will" easily handle your 'small group' gathering!! Call ahead might expedite them planning for you.“

“I love Dutch Bros wayyyy more than Starbucks. This one on hwy 78 didn't make my drink quite as good as the one on fm 544, but it was still good. I ordered the Tigers Blood Iced Rebel along with 3 others, and it was good but not as snow cone flavored as the other store. I would still recommend them though as I believe they were training and they were still friendly and everything was still timely. The order ahead option is ALWAYS the best bet as they stay busy at every location.“

“This is one of the best Starbuck’s! Smoothest latte I have had in a long time. Everyone is incredibly kind and thoughtful, making conversation with customers while keeping up with their busy jobs. No one had to wait long in this place even though it was slammed! They now offer real mugs and I saw them delivering those as well as food on real plates to the tables of those customers. A bit of a restaurant feel, in a good way. Way to go, Fate Starbuck’s! I live 35 minutes away, but will be back ♥️“
