“I've been through the bad the good and the ugly for 20 years visiting Sonic. I usually stop in the mornings but avoid high crowds on Saturdays which can be a bit of delay. The Mon- Frid. morning shifts are quicker and efficient. Very friendly attitudes so far. This new crew is considered to be the good. I will never rate them a 1 star for being understaffed " slow or messing up orders. I rate friendliness and these crew has it;; patience is a must this days without being demanding on a small town that is slowly growing.It be great if they can open up a drive in window just to order drinks.“

“Hey so Iv worked in fast food for 17 years. I grew up on the west cost. So it was nice seeing a Carl’s Jr and I was excited for the food since it’s been years. So I went and ordered and Iv never had someone so sweet as Gram Gram. She was the cashier. I would have loved to have an employee like her. I can’t think of words to say how kind she was. I stay over a hour away. But will come back out to just eat here again.“

“I recently stopped by Taco Casa in Rockwall, Texas, and let me tell you, it was a glorious experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted like royalty – or at least like someone who was about to eat their weight in tacos. The staff was so friendly, I half expected them to offer me a blanket and some slippers while I waited. These folks could run a masterclass in customer service: smiles everywhere, and they had my order ready faster than I could say “extra cheese, please.”

Now, let’s talk about the food. If you’re looking for a culinary masterpiece, keep walking. But if you want delicious, cheesy, taco goodness that makes your taste buds do a happy dance, you’ve come to the right place. The tacos were crispy, the nachos were loaded, and the burritos… well, they were the size of my forearm. I’m not sure what they put in their cheese, but I’m pretty sure it’s happiness in shredded form.

Honestly, the only thing better than the food was watching my diet plans fly out the window. But who needs a beach body when you can have a taco in each hand, right?

If you’re in Rockwall and not stopping by Taco Casa, you’re doing life wrong. Great food, great staff, and the perfect excuse to ditch your salad for the day. Highly recommend!“

“The staff here is very friendly. I usually come here on a busy Saturday with a large order for my work crew. They never complain about taking my order, and they are always helpful and polite. They always make sure my order is right and made fresh every time.“

“It was shortly after opening and with limited staffing. Nonetheless, staff was helpful and provided the banana split in maybe 5 minutes. It was tasty, but not as good as I remember from years earlier. More chocolate syrup and less small cubic pineapple chunks would have made it detectable!

And the play ground looks like something I would have enjoyed as a kid. We don’t come too often, but do enjoy when we do.“

“To the employee whose honesty in returning my wallet to me was very kind. I had left my wallet with a large amount of cash on the table in the dinning area one evening. I returned the following morning to see if it had been returned by chance. I approached the drive through window as the store was not opened yet. I knocked on the window and a young lady answered the drive window. I explained what had happened. Moments later, the lady which had waited on me the prior evening appeared holding my wallet and all of the cash was untouched. I immediately burst into tears as she had saved my vacation. My whole life was in this wallet. Please give this sweet angel of an employee my eternal thanks. I was thankful that God had put this lady in my path. I will never forget this ladies actions and honesty. If possible, please determine this person's identity and give her a big bear hug from my wife and I. I visited the store in mid August of this year. Thank you and God bless!

The reason being that the lady manager believes that, even though they have an unlimited salsa bar inside, she should only give me one little hot sauce cup per item purchased.So I have to come in and fill up several additional ones myself at the salsa bar. Now I just go inside and order the food instead of bothering with the drive-thru.“
