“I was passing thru town, and I've been to this sonic before. It was pretty good, so I stopped by again. This time... they had excellent customer service, the wait time was great.. the food was fresh, and it just seemed alot more better than before. You can tell the management is doing an excellent job!!“

“The wife and I after spending a day together that was well deserved from our rushing day to day duties as most others are. The day was coming to an end and it was rather nice. We decided to stop somewhere quick and we came upon this place. At first glance inside I will admit I was judging and in a negatively perceived way as is my downfall occasionally. To my surprise it was one of the best cheeseburgers I have eaten in sometime. Truly good with wonderful employees. I would recommend for a quick sit down and a good burger.“

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. Today is June 14th 2026 and this an update, we ate there yesterday and for the 1st time ever we were not happy with their food, my grilled chicken sandwich was cold and tasted like it’s been setting in a warmer all day. The customer service was great like always but the food was below average.“

“I went in around 7:30 PM this evening and had a fantastic experience. The crew working at that time was awesome. “I would like to publicly commend Angel Lopez Mgr. for his kindness and generosity after my family experienced an unexpected Covid related emergency. Mr. Lopez safely ministered to my needs and even gave me his personal phone charger so I could keep in contact with my family member who had to be left alone in the hospital emergency and was also admitted with a very serious illness. I am thankful to report that my child is recovering and is now doing better. Angel was a real Angel to me and I thank God for him and his awesome team for showing me such much brotherly love! “Me and my friends are just amazed at the friendly atmosphere here. You could come in for anything, food, conversation, Bible study and come out feeling better about yourself and the world. Call it bias, but I definitely think this is one of the best Popyese in the franchise.

“Are dinner here with my husband because we got a few coupons in the mail. My husband got the spicy chicken combo and I got the single cheeseburger combo. He sized up to large and the drinks are very large. The soda fountain has many different flavors and varieties. The ketchup and napkins are serve yourself.“

“I love this restaurant and I'm so glad that I found it. Their citrus lime shrimp is sooooo delicious!! I always double it on my bowl. Their burritos are huge. I really enjoy their queso and guacamole with their chips. Their tacos are good but I wish they offered a soft corn tortilla option. The flour tortilla didn't go very well with the shrimp, in my opinion. I didn't really think a crunchy taco shell would work either.
I really appreciate that they do not skimp on their portions. That's very important to me.“

“I had a wonderful experience at Auntie Anne’s! They just had their soft opening this week under new management, and it definitely shows. MJ was incredibly polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. He made the experience even better with his excellent customer service.

The almond pretzel was absolutely delicious, fresh, warm, and full of flavor. I also tried the pineapple smoothie, and it was amazing, refreshing and the perfect complement to the meal.

MJ also shared that they’re hoping to have their McKinney location open by next week, which is exciting news! I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out. Wishing the team continued success with the new management and upcoming expansion!“

Whipped in the first time for shake. Customer service was excellent! Quick and yummy.
Second time I got a kids meal and had to wait a bit. The drink was small but burger was good.
Again customer service was spot on. Very polite and apologetic for the wait.“

“I have been to this location many times over the years. The experience was almost always disappointing. It usually ended with me swearing off Burger King for 6 months. I recently read the new CEO was on a mission to fix quality so i decided to give it a try. I’m very pleased that my last 3 visits here over the past few weeks have been outstanding. It’s like a 1985 burger king with quality food again. Burgers looked like the picture they show in advertisements. Food was hot and orders have been perfect. I’m now telling everyone I know to give them a try again. Best fast food in town atm in my opinion.“

“I went to this location last night right before closing. It wasn’t until I realized they hadn’t received my online order that when I ordered it had defaulted my order to the next day without informing me before purchasing. When the workers and myself realized what had happened they were so quick to try to fulfill my order — even while cleaning and closing. They never once had an attitude or made me feel like I was putting them out. The two ladies that assisted were nothing short of awesome! We need more customer service around like this!! “Maria was my cashier and she’s the one that helped me. I had my order within two minutes. Her customer service is on point. The food was amazing hot and fresh and we went for my son‘s first day of school so I just wanted to give her credit where credit is due. She is a five star employee.“

“My son loves to stop by here. Normally if they can remember the tomatoes on his soft taco, he has a good experience. Not today.

Today, not to be accurate, we left his therapy and he wanted to stop, for context, he has autism.

We order. His order is always the same. Chicken soft taco, no lettuce, please don't forget the tomatoes. We order, as I'm ringing up, and stick my card in, she accidently billed me for a beef soft taco, not a chicken. Okay, she said she could bill me for extra chicken, almost 2 dollars. Um no.

So this draws out. Meanwhile I'm trying to work this out with her and my son is wondering around, and I'm trying to keep an eye on him. Okay, so finally, the difference from beef to chicken is 40 cents.

Okay, I don't want to charge 40 cents on my card, I dig around and find 25 cents. I told them after I got him settled, I'd go get the fifteen cents.

Okay, so let's just get past this and get the toppings. Oh, out of pico so I'd have to pay extra for tomatoes to make it myself with the other toppings, no thanks.

Forgets the taco (from my order) Great.

By this point I'm getting frustrated but I have t expressed it. I just go sit and eat.

Then I watch two employees walk in, one with a friend in pajamas. She just walks over and grabs a small cup and gets herself a drink and then grabs two two go side cups. Have no idea what she did with them, don't care.

My point is, it was literally a while ordeal over 40 cents, then no pico, then forget the taco, but any person can just walk in and walk out with a drink?

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!“

“WOW!! First time into this store of JJ’s today about 3:45 pm and was taken back by the two super nice and super cool young dudes managing the place. They work well together and their service is quick. Ordered the Thai & Mighty wrap and was awesomely impressed by its freshness, delicious taste & crunchiness. Will definitely be back to try other offerings.“

However, since the bag switchover from cup for the fries (which I can agree with the company's stance concerning), the "generous" portion of fries in the bag are not as generous, IMO, at least not in my area franchises.“

“I was entertaining a young lady that night, and she just had to have panda express and I have never had it, but I was totally pleased with the cleanliness of the establishment and the staff was eager to serve, and we were given samples to taste of some food and also drinksI don’t know which one of the drinks I like the best but the one I picked, I don’t think was it because in a bigger portion, it just didn’t taste the same ,c’est la vie.“

“I've never had 1 single problem at this location & they cook the food better than any other location. This is the best McDonald's in the area. Inside is nice if you're dining in, & curbside is always accurate & courteous. -The drive thru is a bit too narrow & boxed in for me, so I typically avoid it, but that's just a me thing.“
