Our favorite rolls are the Golden Bridge Roll, ninja roll, and the spicy tuna tataki. We've eaten here 5 times in the last quarter and will keep coming back.“

Tofu hibachi grill was good and came with two different sauces to try out. Wow bowl chicken was cooked perfectly. All of the dishes tasted good and safe bets but also nothing that would necessarily be a craving or bring me back. Quick service.For improvement: Galbi bowl was tough to eat with the plastic fork. The plastic fork was not strong enough to poke through the meat, not that the meat was tough. Need metal forks to eat the Galbi with. Menus set up high and spread across the full length of the bar so you can’t see the items on the left menu panel or even middle panel when you make it to the register— why do restaurants do this? Have a repeat of the menus— do one set at the front so people waiting in line can start thinking about what they want, then a same set of menus behind the register so we can remember. I called the restaurant, and Charity brought my order out immediately. She went above and beyond, and went back inside to grab a couple of extra things for me while I was waiting in my car in the middle of the parking lot. I’d just gotten off work and was super tired and hungry. She had the best attitude and was, seriously, my favorite person that day!The pad Thai and the lettuce wraps were amazing. I tried the new hot and sour soup and their recipe is different, not what I expected, but after a few bites I really liked it. The app hooked me up with a free meal coupon for the next visit. I actually had heard of this place but didn’t bother to really check it out since I feel like there are so many ramen places that are competitors that offer the same things. So basically I almost overlooked this spot but decided to go for it on a whim since I was curious. I was pleasantly surprised since I opted for the create your own ramen and just that was awesome - the ability to create your own ramen AND they offer *chicken miso*. I think I’m a fan now since I honestly don’t like pork or pork-based anything so I usually avoid ramen. But I think the chicken miso is something I will come back for! I only took off one star since I felt the broth was a bit too salty (kept having to drink a lot of water) so please consider a low sodium option.“
“We have been coming here for over a year. Leon, the bartender/server is like family to us. We try and come as often as we can, but we always make it a point to see him. He is so kind, respectful, and genuinely cares. As do we. The others here are wonderful too, but for us, he really made the place special for us. We always look forward to our Saturday night sushi rendezvous.Of course, the sushi is wonderful too. We tend to stick with the volcano roll, jalapeno roll, samurai roll, and the happy hour delights! The food is extremely impressive, and it is large quantities for what you pay.Definitely get some of their hand pulled noodles soup because that is what they are known for. However, I should say that my two favorite dishes were the beans and eggplant, stirfry, and the spicy chicken. The beans and eggplant were fried and crispy, and the Flavor of the oil elevated the dish.The spicy chicken was probably some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Small tender chunks of chicken are flash fried with a ton of chili. Be prepared for your mouth to be on fire, before the taste to be unlike anything you’ve ever had.If you want a special dish, off the menu, you can order their fried bread with condensed milk. Then something that was an inexpensive post workout meal turns into the amount of a mini grocery bill. The food was good but I can’t say it’s something that’s worth writing about. One negative was the Miso soup it was WAY too salty. One positive was that the Seaweed Salad was fresh and had no slime pooling at the bottom. As far as sushi goes it was average. Nothing special here just another sushi restaurant, no experience, no amazing anything. It’s really new and clean good for dates and lunches.“
