“Today was the 3rd time I got the #13, it was different today, in a good way! The previous 2 times I ordered this, (#13) my husband got the #7 just the quesadilla, and I ordered the #13 meal, and we received the SAME quesadilla.... the chicken was the same and I didn't know if it was because 13 was a different meal deal with the taco, chips and cheese and drink, but it was because of the chicken. Today's quesadilla was different chicken and the grilled cheese was on top and everything was in the box.“

“At first I was upset. I had ordered four cheeseburgers and asked for them to be plain and got nuggets with BBQ sauce. When I actually got home to check the order the burgers had everything on them and a girl at the window had told us there was sauce at the bottom when there wasn't. Luckily when I called I was handled by Clarissa. She had great communication skills and apologized for my experience. She was able to handle my refund and was very professional. Will be coming back to this location as I can tell they have good leaders and know how to handle customers!“

“This last time I went I only ordered a Route 44 Cherry Limeade. Just one item. This place is very good about sending out items that are simple to make. This time though, I had to wait 5 minutes for my drink. It was barely 10 in the morning and there were only 2 cars at the drive thru and myself at the stall. When I called them to cancel my order because it had not been brought out to me. The person at the other end said the carhop was going out with my drink.I like this place because I don't have any problems with my service until now. But this won't stop me from going back and ordering again.“

“The sandwiches were great today. Fresh ingredients and bread and great service. My only consistent complaint with the Lytle location is that the ice machine for the fountain sodas has been broken for awhile...more than 6 months if not a year. Whenever we ask, the manager is always across the street at HEB getting ice.“

“Christmas Day, I made a last minute stop to get my dad a BK gift card since they were open. Naturally they were busy. It just so happened that my dad was in the drive thru line!!! Tells u how much he loves it! No gift cards available so I decided to pay for his order without him knowing! Despite the pace, the manager Jacob, cashier and team on duty were kind enough to accommodate. Beyond 5 Star service! We appreciate those who work hard on holidays. Thank y'all for your service! “I never have high hopes for food places in small towns, but we went to Devine Acres and I was starving. We stopped here and I ordered the steak finger basket. Everything was made fresh. If my food is hot, I'm happy. I would suggest you turn the heat down on your gravy before you face a lawsuit. It burned the crap out of my tongue.“

“This review isn’t just about the delicious and fresh food, it’s about the people who work here. I accidentally left my designer bag behind, with my entire wallet inside—credit cards, debit cards, cash, IDs, everything. I didn’t even realize it was missing until the next day. Thankfully, Kaida, who was working the lobby area found it and immediately turned it in to the area manager, Azurz, who locked it up for safe keeping. When I came back, everything was still there untouched. That kind of honesty is rare these days, and I’m beyond grateful. Golden Chick in Castroville, TX, you’ve not only earned my trust, you’ve earned a lifelong customer. Thank you for your integrity, kindness, and great food. I’ll never forget it!“

“Great customer service. I ordered last night a #2 and when I got home it was a #1 that I did not order. Went there today and explained and they were apologetic and rectified the situation. I always order there and am a frequent customer and they have always been kind. To know that this is the first time I’ve had an issue and they fixed it with professionalism was a breath of fresh air. I will continue to give me my business to companies that respect my hard earned money and recommend others to patronize them as well.“

“This Whataburger is pretty decent considering that it's part of an HEB gas station too.
I'm not singing the high praises of this place but it's actually pretty good.
The people there are nice enough and have been very helpful in redeeming my points on my app too (they did a great job of helping me with that).
Don't be scared to stop in and buy whatafood here...it's the reason I'm doing a review.“
