“First timer but definitely won’t be the last. Delicious food and very large portions at a VERY affordable price. Quick service and fresh, hot food. We had the Large sampler platter, all hand battered, chicken fried steak (which was HUGE) and fried fish with rows and hush puppies. I am very particular about eating fish when out, but it was awesome. Enough for lunch tomorrow. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The meat on their burgers are paper thin & crumbly fall apart , fries were cold, asked for no onions , when I got the burger it was full of onions , I told waitress, she took my plate & told them in the kitchen to take off the onions , it still had onion taste on it , what they should have done was made a new burger , I will not be going back , I've been there like 4 times and not satisfied with their food“

“I think our waitress was overwhelmed or forgot we had ordered food. But, we were finishing up a game of pool and planned to leave. So we requested to cancel the food order as it had already been almost 20 mins (if not more. Idk how long before we actually ordered) The manager looked at the time from when the server put in the order and decided not to allow us to cancel because the food was done and it had only been 19 mins and that's normal. We were visiting from out of town. So it's not like we will be repeat customers. But, I would say the way it was handled felt unprofessional. The food was old and had sat in the window for a while. We were not there to argue. So we went about the rest of our game and left.

I would just venture to say that it could have been handled better. Instead my friends felt it was met with attitude. The only time we saw our server was when she took the order for the 1 drink and food. No refills or anything after that until she was approached to cancel. Again it was busy in there. I have been a server at many different establishments. I get it.. The manager should have stepped in to talk to us instead of sending the waitress to say her manager is not taking it off because 19mins isn't a long time. So again not a bad place. Didn't wait long for a table or anything. We enjoyed the environment.“

“We went in for a Birthday Celebration last night. Even though 2 of the 3 items on my own plate were not hot (lukewarm...if). The experience was a good one overall. That was made possible by Nari S (our server) as she was excellent. I only ate a little less than half my food last night, but I reheated it today and it was still good. I know that sometimes restaurants try to bring everyone's food out at the same time and that probably leads to some things being less than hot. Nari Kept checking on us to make sure that if we needed anything she was there to help. She was an excellent server.“

“Actual hotel experience was fine. Deeply appreciate having very early shuttles available. We took the 4:30 am shuttle - the fact that this was available at this time was the central reason we selected this hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful. Extremely difficult to make a reservation via phone (and had problems with on-line reservations. Required 4 phone calls and was quite frustrating. Person who answered the phone at this hotel when I called to clarify when the first shuttle ran was extremely ineffective. After she answered the question, I asked her to make a reservation. I had to give her relevant information (Name, credit number, email, 4 times - literally) She promised to send a confirming email. 3 hours later, no email. 2nd phone call to hotel - I was told I had to call another number. I did 3rd phone call was somehow routed to Canada. The person who answered explained that Canadians spell "Center" differently than Americans. (This is part of my email). This person informed me that there was no reservation - though the first person I talked with insisted that a reservation had been made. This person made a reservation and sent a confirming email. However, when I read confirming email, I was being charged $20 more than the previous person said I would be charged. So I made a 4th call . Was finally able to get price resolved. But 4 phone calls is ridiculous.“

“Dinner tonight was very good. My wife has food sensitivity and can't eat numerous things. So we asked server if they would modify the meal and she said she would check. She came back with chef and wife explained what she needed changed(most everything) and she said sure. Wife said meal was great and that is not typical. Most restaurants don't do well with the unusual requests. My BBQ chicken flat bread was very good as well. The impressive part is the place had 25 customers and only the one server!

“As you have probably noticed this is an extremely popular area of Texas. This Long Horn Steakhouse is very popular. The wait can be pretty lengthy for dinner. However, it is convenient that your small group can wait for an opening at the bar where they serve their full menu and you can watch the game. Our wait time was going to be about one hour so the three of us took a spot at the bar. The bartender was friendly and took good care of us. The only downside was that the bar was never wiped down between guests and our son accidentally knocked his water glass over and nobody ever cleaned it up while we were there finishing our meal. That was a little gross. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and spending time together after a long hard work week.“

They had specials on mules and margaritas so we tried a few different flavors of mules and they were all good. The highlight of the trip was the hot chicken dip. So much flavor with nice spice and it was so good, we wondered what all was in it.

We sat at the bar and got good service. Overall a nice experience.“

From a charcuterie display, bagel bar, pastas, proteins to the creamiest Mac and cheese you will ever eat, you cannot pick wrong from their menu. “I have a weird affinity for hotel breakfast. The buffet here is a decent spread of super fresh fruits and berries, oatmeal and toppings, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Items are refreshed frequently. There is also a breakfast menu with plates and a la carte items as well. Wait staff were attentive without being obtrusive. We did have a small lurch -- ordered a la carte turkey sausage, but it wasn't available (at 9am). Small matter -- we asked if we could have a plate of the pork sausage from the buffet for the a la carte price (the recipient hadn't ordered the buffet). The coffee was hot and plentiful, with the carafe left at the table as the good Lord intended. If you order juice, they leave the decanter at the table as well. Quiet, pleasant ambience allows a good conversation without having to shout or strain to hear and a humane start to the day.“

“It’s a great restaurant and all their food is delicious the steak, the chicken and the fried rice everything phenomenal cooks there good prices too and always comes out hot, but I will say that their address is incorrect whenever you order on Favor so if you guys could fix that issue and make it possible so Favor customers can order that would be awesome. I think you guys need to do is just give a favor and you can fix your issues on the Favor app and then you guys will get a lot more business. Trust me.
