“First timer but definitely won’t be the last. Delicious food and very large portions at a VERY affordable price. Quick service and fresh, hot food. We had the Large sampler platter, all hand battered, chicken fried steak (which was HUGE) and fried fish with rows and hush puppies. I am very particular about eating fish when out, but it was awesome. Enough for lunch tomorrow. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The meat on their burgers are paper thin & crumbly fall apart , fries were cold, asked for no onions , when I got the burger it was full of onions , I told waitress, she took my plate & told them in the kitchen to take off the onions , it still had onion taste on it , what they should have done was made a new burger , I will not be going back , I've been there like 4 times and not satisfied with their food“

“I think our waitress was overwhelmed or forgot we had ordered food. But, we were finishing up a game of pool and planned to leave. So we requested to cancel the food order as it had already been almost 20 mins (if not more. Idk how long before we actually ordered) The manager looked at the time from when the server put in the order and decided not to allow us to cancel because the food was done and it had only been 19 mins and that's normal. We were visiting from out of town. So it's not like we will be repeat customers. But, I would say the way it was handled felt unprofessional. The food was old and had sat in the window for a while. We were not there to argue. So we went about the rest of our game and left.

I would just venture to say that it could have been handled better. Instead my friends felt it was met with attitude. The only time we saw our server was when she took the order for the 1 drink and food. No refills or anything after that until she was approached to cancel. Again it was busy in there. I have been a server at many different establishments. I get it.. The manager should have stepped in to talk to us instead of sending the waitress to say her manager is not taking it off because 19mins isn't a long time. So again not a bad place. Didn't wait long for a table or anything. We enjoyed the environment.“

“My fiancé and I sat at the bar and enjoyed a wonderful experience with an amazing bartender who was enthusiastic and well kept and did a great job. Food, and atmosphere was all excellent. My experience however, was soured when another (slightly disheveled looking), bartender came up after our original bartender finished for the evening. I asked him to make me a hot toddy. He explained to me that he only had access to cold tea and could not make me a hot toddy. That does not fly with me when I can order food from the bar. The bar should be able to get some hot water from the kitchen to make me a hot toddy. I was annoyed and promptly asked for the check paid and left.“

“Actual hotel experience was fine. Deeply appreciate having very early shuttles available. We took the 4:30 am shuttle - the fact that this was available at this time was the central reason we selected this hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful. Extremely difficult to make a reservation via phone (and had problems with on-line reservations. Required 4 phone calls and was quite frustrating. Person who answered the phone at this hotel when I called to clarify when the first shuttle ran was extremely ineffective. After she answered the question, I asked her to make a reservation. I had to give her relevant information (Name, credit number, email, 4 times - literally) She promised to send a confirming email. 3 hours later, no email. 2nd phone call to hotel - I was told I had to call another number. I did 3rd phone call was somehow routed to Canada. The person who answered explained that Canadians spell "Center" differently than Americans. (This is part of my email). This person informed me that there was no reservation - though the first person I talked with insisted that a reservation had been made. This person made a reservation and sent a confirming email. However, when I read confirming email, I was being charged $20 more than the previous person said I would be charged. So I made a 4th call . Was finally able to get price resolved. But 4 phone calls is ridiculous.“

“Dinner tonight was very good. My wife has food sensitivity and can't eat numerous things. So we asked server if they would modify the meal and she said she would check. She came back with chef and wife explained what she needed changed(most everything) and she said sure. Wife said meal was great and that is not typical. Most restaurants don't do well with the unusual requests. My BBQ chicken flat bread was very good as well. The impressive part is the place had 25 customers and only the one server!

“Our server Troy was awesome. The Congress Burger was not very good for $22. The Turkey BLT for $19 was very good. One draft Stash IPA was $15 compared to a Blue Moon for $8. I commend the staff for the extra time and expense it takes to work in the airport.“

My granddaughter enjoyed the burger and fries. My granddaughter ordered the small steak. It was so full of pepper that he took a couple of bites and couldn't continue. We told our waitress, who by the way was excellent. She asked the cook for a whole new meal, which he got. The steak was a little better, but the chef put entirely too much black pepper again. My grandson is usually able to eat spicy food, including Indian food, but the pepper in this was still too much. I will still go back, but won't be ordering the steak.“

“Had a wonderful time at this waffle house. The cook with the pink hair did an amazing job! One employee (not our server, who was also wonderful) kept us entertained with an almost incontrollable laughter with the recounting of his stories. He even had every customer engaging simultaneously giving their input at one point. He is why I go to waffle house. There is great food, great service, and the feeling of family. Especially with the wonderfully colorful people like the "standup comedian" they have.“

“We were invited to collaborate with Hank’s Catering for a recent event and were BLOWN AWAY by the tables upon tables of delicious dishes. From a charcuterie display, bagel bar, pastas, proteins to the creamiest Mac and cheese you will ever eat, you cannot pick wrong from their menu. The staff at Hank’s are so kind and their drink selection is out of this world!“

“I have a weird affinity for hotel breakfast. The buffet here is a decent spread of super fresh fruits and berries, oatmeal and toppings, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Items are refreshed frequently. There is also a breakfast menu with plates and a la carte items as well. Wait staff were attentive without being obtrusive. We did have a small lurch -- ordered a la carte turkey sausage, but it wasn't available (at 9am). Small matter -- we asked if we could have a plate of the pork sausage from the buffet for the a la carte price (the recipient hadn't ordered the buffet). The coffee was hot and plentiful, with the carafe left at the table as the good Lord intended. If you order juice, they leave the decanter at the table as well. Quiet, pleasant ambience allows a good conversation without having to shout or strain to hear and a humane start to the day.“
