We waited a little bit but having all our kids probably just made it seem longer… BUT… when our food came out… 😍 SOOO good and everything was fresh and hot. If we had any complaints they were gone as soon as we started eating. We all got very different things and each one enjoyed. I will 100% take a wait for food that’s good, fresh, and hot any day.“

“Was here a couple days ago for my grandfathers birthday. Had a server believe her name was Abby and she was fantastic. Even when my grandpa was confused forgot sides etc she showed great patience with him. We practiced on the drive in but our server really made our day. Had a great bottle of cab for the table as well. Ribeye cooked well queso and shrimp appetizers good as well. Last time I came in was okay at best with my fiance but this time I just had to write a review. Will definitely come back if food is cooked as well and service was as good as Abby’s. Made our night feel special . Thank you Longhorn !!!!“

“We took our team here for our quarterly team building event for some bowling, drinks and food and it was great!! We had a few lanes in the party room, they brought food out and served drinks! Bartenders, hosts, servers, everyone was great! Thanks again“

“Actual hotel experience was fine. Deeply appreciate having very early shuttles available. We took the 4:30 am shuttle - the fact that this was available at this time was the central reason we selected this hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful. Extremely difficult to make a reservation via phone (and had problems with on-line reservations. Required 4 phone calls and was quite frustrating. Person who answered the phone at this hotel when I called to clarify when the first shuttle ran was extremely ineffective. After she answered the question, I asked her to make a reservation. I had to give her relevant information (Name, credit number, email, 4 times - literally) She promised to send a confirming email. 3 hours later, no email. 2nd phone call to hotel - I was told I had to call another number. I did 3rd phone call was somehow routed to Canada. The person who answered explained that Canadians spell "Center" differently than Americans. (This is part of my email). This person informed me that there was no reservation - though the first person I talked with insisted that a reservation had been made. This person made a reservation and sent a confirming email. However, when I read confirming email, I was being charged $20 more than the previous person said I would be charged. So I made a 4th call . Was finally able to get price resolved. But 4 phone calls is ridiculous.“

“My bartender was so kind...stayed a little past his shift to make me his signature drink as I just flew in and am awaiting my room to be ready. He also helped change the tv channel so I can watch my college football team!!! I did not eat so can't rate the food! But the drink was fire!“

“Visiting from Seattle and wanted to play darts - this place is a great dive bar to play darts. Craft beers and mixed drinks were SO cheap and the server was attentive and sweet. Music was great and darts were free as well!

From a charcuterie display, bagel bar, pastas, proteins to the creamiest Mac and cheese you will ever eat, you cannot pick wrong from their menu. The staff at Hank’s are so kind and their drink selection is out of this world!“

What stands out the most is how welcoming and friendly everyone is. You can tell there are people here who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Every visit has been a great experience, and I've made some really good memories here over the past few months.

“I’m lucky to have known Michele since I was 17 when she met my brother and became his wife and my sister. Not only is she one of the most loving and generous people I know, she is also by far the most enthusiastic foodie and creative cook, who I have been lucky to learn from. I love being in the kitchen with Michele and our family. My best memory is heading out to our local Chinese supermarket to find the ingredients for wonton soup (which I had fallen in love with whilst in HK), coming back home and cooking pork and prawn wonton from scratch whilst Michele made the chicken broth like a pro......the soup was amazing and just like I remembered. “I have a weird affinity for hotel breakfast. The buffet here is a decent spread of super fresh fruits and berries, oatmeal and toppings, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Items are refreshed frequently. There is also a breakfast menu with plates and a la carte items as well. Wait staff were attentive without being obtrusive. We did have a small lurch -- ordered a la carte turkey sausage, but it wasn't available (at 9am). Small matter -- we asked if we could have a plate of the pork sausage from the buffet for the a la carte price (the recipient hadn't ordered the buffet). The coffee was hot and plentiful, with the carafe left at the table as the good Lord intended. If you order juice, they leave the decanter at the table as well. Quiet, pleasant ambience allows a good conversation without having to shout or strain to hear and a humane start to the day.“
