“Twin Peaks McKinney is amazing! Faith is a ROCKSTAR!!! And when Juju is there, top tier for those 2. Mia is an asset just like Faith. My only complaint is the bartender Bee, I don't know what she does. She walks around the bar trash talking patrons, making drinks for herself, standing on top of clean glasses and very rarely do I see her make a drink or ask customers if they need anything. Faith and Mia run that show.“

“Outstanding from start to finish. Service was warm and accommodating. Food was outstanding. We had the sampler, stir fried goat, meat pie, and suya were fantastic. Only thing on the sampler we weren’t crazy about was the fish roll. They offered us puff puff. Light, delicious and fresh from the fryer. Mains were majestic stew and Jollof rice with beef tips. All were rich, flavorful, and wonderfully spicy. It was an outstanding meal and we will absolutely be back.“

“First time eating at Cheba Hut. This is a new location off 380 in McKinney. I came in for an early lunch. There were just a few people there. Place has a funky stoner vibe as you would expect. It has tables as well as a bar you can sit at. You order at the front counter and they bring out your food. I went with a popular sandwich the Kali Mist. It has roast turkey, bacon, chipotle mayo, jalapeños, avocado, cheese, pickle and their special sauce Shake and House dressing. I skipped the tomato onion. I got the medium size on white bread. The toasting of the sandwich makes a big difference. The flavor combinations were unique and worked very well together. Sandwich was a good size and reasonably affordable. I usually do Jersey Mikes for a quick sandwich. I’m going to need to try a few more from Cheba and if they are as good as the Kali Mist, I might have a new favorite quick sandwich stop. Definitely hit these folks up. Puff…Puff..Give.“

“From the moment we walked in it was great!! The sweet girl at the front accommodated us w a quieter table in the corner since we had my 94 yr old father in law w us. She even offered to turn the music down a bit. We had a lovely server who gave extra attention to our 5 year old granddaughter who asked later “when can we come back here “. She loved it too. And she loved playing w the little dough ball!! The food was delicious and came out quickly. Everyone enjoyed their meal from fajitas to tacos to quesadillas. The queso was also very good. All delicious!! The atmosphere was great and the servers were friendly and seemed like they enjoyed working there. It was organized and efficient so I assume there are good managers making all that happen. Thank you for making my husband’s birthday dinner a great one !! We will be back.“

It felt like the perfect spot to linger over a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning with my little family. I was recommended the White Chocolate Mazapan Latte, and well, I couldn’t resist because I am a Mazapan lover! I ordered the White Chocolate Mazapan Latte, and it was nothing short of perfection. The barista crafted it with precision, delivering a beautifully layered drink topped with delicate latte art. The first sip revealed a rich and creamy texture, with the mazapan bold, but soft sweat flavors perfectly balanced by the steamed milk. The slight hint of sweetness lingered on my palate, making it an indulgent yet comforting start to my morning. For breakfast, I opted for the Migas with a side of beans. It was delicious and portion was just right, I actually had leftovers. My spouse chose the fluffy blueberry pancakes, which were equally impressive. They arrived stacked high and adorned with a generous helping of fresh blueberries and a dusting of powdered sugar. A side of maple syrup added a touch of sweetness, and the pancakes themselves were light and airy, making them a true breakfast treat! The service at El Mejor Cafe was great. We will be back! 🫶🏼“
