I probably will never get Smoothie King again if there is a Tropical Smoothie nearby. Very clean inside. This matters! So many places let the cleanliness of their business go and it always irks me. I have no interest in eating somewhere that’s dirty. Can you say cockroaches? Yeah, hard pass. None of that here! Professional employees and they put my smoothie out really fast. Definitely be back.“

“Well…I have been a loyalty member for years now. I have recently shied away from Panera because of a few less than awesome experiences. But…today was a new day! Tomatoes soup, balsamic chicken greens with grains, and tropical green smoothie. Was the best food I think I have ever tried or had at a Panera! Nina was working the front and was amazing. She is by far, hands down the best staff member I have ever encountered at ANY Panera. The customer interaction sets the tone and she was a good hire. Give her a raise! The only complaint I have was an odd smell in the restaurant. I’m sure the staff can’t even detect that sort of thing after working in the back all day. Just a suggestion to the management to check out drains and ventilation. 😉“

And I can’t say enough about our waitress Shelly she was on point. We even had a chance to chat with the general manager Karen she was very nice to take out her time to talk with us. Make it known that over a week later still no response. Please know this is not an isolated case of 1 or 2 flies. This was a total infestation“

“Tonight there was a misunderstanding with another customers order and our wasn't made as a result.

We got there and the manager explained why our food wasn't ready and apologized, made it fresh, gave us two free drinks and some cookies.

Wasn't necessary but it was a nice gesture. Good was good and the manager's genorocity was great.“
