“Try the Avocalada-you won’t regret it! Way better than Smoothie King when it comes to texture, flavor and definitely when it comes to price. I probably will never get Smoothie King again if there is a Tropical Smoothie nearby. Very clean inside. This matters! So many places let the cleanliness of their business go and it always irks me. I have no interest in eating somewhere that’s dirty. Can you say cockroaches? Yeah, hard pass. None of that here! Professional employees and they put my smoothie out really fast. Definitely be back.“

“Well…I have been a loyalty member for years now. I have recently shied away from Panera because of a few less than awesome experiences. But…today was a new day! Tomatoes soup, balsamic chicken greens with grains, and tropical green smoothie. Was the best food I think I have ever tried or had at a Panera! Nina was working the front and was amazing. She is by far, hands down the best staff member I have ever encountered at ANY Panera. The customer interaction sets the tone and she was a good hire. Give her a raise! The only complaint I have was an odd smell in the restaurant. I’m sure the staff can’t even detect that sort of thing after working in the back all day. Just a suggestion to the management to check out drains and ventilation. 😉“

“This is my kids’ FAVORITE place! We are ALWAYS greeted with kindness and she remembers everything! She knows us when we come in- knows about our family and genuinely remembers details about us. It makes me feel like we are in a small town- though there are dozens of options for boba tea in Frisco. Every time I’m here she interacts with all her guests similarly and knows so much about all her customers. She is such a gem. Also, all the drinks and macaroons are always perfect! But, the experience, 11/10!“

“Tonight there was a misunderstanding with another customers order and our wasn't made as a result.

We got there and the manager explained why our food wasn't ready and apologized, made it fresh, gave us two free drinks and some cookies.

Wasn't necessary but it was a nice gesture. Good was good and the manager's genorocity was great.“

And I can’t say enough about our waitress Shelly she was on point. We even had a chance to chat with the general manager Karen she was very nice to take out her time to talk with us. “The food here is perfected to the minimum like most other cafes and the atmosphere is relaxing with there orange color wall and posters. The only problem was that they forgot my pancakes which does happen often said the owner. I got a discount for the next time I come.“
