“Shout out to freddys! I did not get the managers name but he was very kind, let me know what happens and still made my order anyways. My sister and I placed online orders under the same name, once I got to freddys they said they only had one. So I got out of drive thru and went in. They were saying the same thing, got the emails saying the orders were placed and the money was took. The man manager in the hat and glasses, ended up making my order for me. I was a lil upset cause I placed it 20 minutes before I arrived. I Didnt make a big fuss and he was very helpful. He did let mw know that if this happens again Id have to wait for the refund. “I recently stopped by Taco Casa in Rockwall, Texas, and let me tell you, it was a glorious experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted like royalty – or at least like someone who was about to eat their weight in tacos. The staff was so friendly, I half expected them to offer me a blanket and some slippers while I waited. “First time at this location. The parking and setup is AWFUL! This was a terrible location for such a busy company. They knew that and still decided to build here. If you want to dine in, park far away and walk in or fight the drive thru traffic to squeeze into a spot.

“I never had issues with Raising Cane’s until recently. I needed to break a $100 so I paid cash for a $15.04 meal. It took a while for the first window to return my change at some point she referred back to her co-worker in regards of the change to give back, I even noticed the lady returning my change counting on her fingers..(which is fine). I get to the second window, receive my food and I pulled up like I always do to make sure I have everything. Well I was missing $4 from my change. I then tell her look I’m missing $4 from my change I have no reason to lie or try to steal money. She then stated that she would give me the $4 and she took my name and number. Yes she handled the situation great but I was bothered at her informing me that the system was right or equal and that nothing is off TWO times. Clearly they were off because the change I received was incorrect.“
