“Shout out to freddys! I did not get the managers name but he was very kind, let me know what happens and still made my order anyways. My sister and I placed online orders under the same name, once I got to freddys they said they only had one. So I got out of drive thru and went in. They were saying the same thing, got the emails saying the orders were placed and the money was took. The man manager in the hat and glasses, ended up making my order for me. I was a lil upset cause I placed it 20 minutes before I arrived. I Didnt make a big fuss and he was very helpful. He did let mw know that if this happens again Id have to wait for the refund. “This taco casa is the best one in the state of Texas. My family and I visited today before they closed and it was pristine. Literally the cleanest fast food restaurant we’ve seen in a while. Every staff member was extremely polite, greeted us with a smile, and went above and beyond. Food and service was great as alway. I did finally try a salad(try to do better). Why is a salad $10 with no drink?? Seems overpriced.

“I never had issues with Raising Cane’s until recently. I needed to break a $100 so I paid cash for a $15.04 meal. It took a while for the first window to return my change at some point she referred back to her co-worker in regards of the change to give back, I even noticed the lady returning my change counting on her fingers..(which is fine). I get to the second window, receive my food and I pulled up like I always do to make sure I have everything. Well I was missing $4 from my change. I went back in line and informed them of what just transpired. The manager checked the system and informed me that everything looks good and everything equals out. My response was that I am missing $4 and I only received 80.96 back. She again checked the system and again stated everything looked right. At this point I’m bothered. I then tell her look I’m missing $4 from my change I have no reason to lie or try to steal money. She then stated that she would give me the $4 and she took my name and number. Yes she handled the situation great but I was bothered at her informing me that the system was right or equal and that nothing is off TWO times. Clearly they were off because the change I received was incorrect.“

It wasn’t until I realized they hadn’t received my online order that when I ordered it had defaulted my order to the next day without informing me before purchasing. When the workers and myself realized what had happened they were so quick to try to fulfill my order — even while cleaning and closing. “I'm giving 5 Stars to Jillian and how she handled the incompetencies of her crew. I ordered my meal online, over $40, to be handed a bag with cold, old food and no utensils or condiments. Unfortunately, there were others whose orders were also messed up. There were also people who had been there well before me, that had not been greeted nor their order taken. I watched as Jillian single handedly rectified orders and handled disgruntled customers one order at a time. “Went to Bushs Chicken in Forney the other day. I used to work in central Texas many years ago and went to BC all the time. I only recently found out there’s one in Forney. Its about 25-30 miles from where I live, but it was worth every penny. The food, staff, and cleanliness was immaculate. I am looking forward to visiting again very soon!“

“The coolest part of this sonic is the car hops on skates, you don't see this much anymore. Service has been very fast the few times I've come here. Their downfall is sometimes they don't have certain slushie flavors available and as others have said, they're pretty stingy with food. I ordered tots and they weren't completely full...I'm used to having the little tot holder full with a couple in the bottom of the bag. But, what they lack in filling up your food, they make up for in fast and friendly service.“

“This location doesn't have much seating but most people just pick up and go. Reward program make sure you sign up so you earn sandwiches. Both the hot and cold sandwiches each have their own twist on them and they are executed very well . Cost is in line with other sandwich shops even the ones that lag behind with their best up looking sandwiches ( Subway )“

“Taco Bueno is my fav “Tex-mex” fast food. The ingredients are obviously fresh and everything tastes a lot more natural than most overly seasoned places. The Terrell location in particular has great customer service and exceptional customer service. The team takes pride in providing high quality food and service. You can tell everything is made to order. Thank you so much to the team for putting in the extra effort at this location to provide a good experience consistently. Today I ordered a quesadilla and it was crispy on the outside and that cheese pull was everything! The beans are delicious and the perfect dipping dish for my quesadilla! “My car broke down here late at night and I was stuck all night... Looking like a gremlin I came to order some free breakfast from my app. So I look dirty and I don't have much money but the staff was so kind. I went back to my car and fell asleep for a few hours. I woke up at noon hungry again. Still looking horrible I came in to grab a burger and a dollar drink. The man in front of me had multiple orders and was five dollars short. I didn't catch her name but a beautiful, confident, kind-hearted, very efficient mixed possibly black and white or Hispanic with beautiful curly hair most likely the manager/ cashier actually covered the last five dollars of this mans ticket. She was so kind about it... She kept a smile even though I could tell underneath she was a little frustrated. But she genuinely cared. I felt overemotional today because all the mess I was going through so talking about this angel almost makes me want to cry. I ate my meal and worked on my computer for a little bit after and this woman was kind to everyone! She covered someone's position while they went on break, she offered drink carriers, she made sure all the necessary condiments were available and she cleaned and stayed busy the whole time. I don't know what kind of pay this woman gets but I definitely know that she deserves TOP DOLLAR! I WOULD VOTE HER FOR PRESIDENT just from this small interaction I know that people like her are rare and hard to find like a diamond in the rough. Definitely coming back here!“

The reason being that the lady manager believes that, even though they have an unlimited salsa bar inside, she should only give me one little hot sauce cup per item purchased.So I have to come in and fill up several additional ones myself at the salsa bar. Now I just go inside and order the food instead of bothering with the drive-thru.“
