“A very good friend of mine, Suzanne, took me to this really cool place. Had some cold brews and enjoyed the evening listening to karaoke with all the individuals participating in this super fun event. Everyone sang so good, the bartender, I think she was called Little Bit, was so sweet and friendly, as well as everyone in the bar that evening. “I've visited here a week ago for the 1st time. I immediately liked Boot Scootin because they opened their hearts to a 10 year old boy with kidney failure and allowed a fundraiser benefit there. There was cooking, DJ and music, raffle, drinks.It was cloudy, cold and raining. Nothing slowed them down. Many showed and we hung outside with them. The crew was great! Courteous, friendly, always seeing if we needed anything. Great place... Go!!”

“Our first time ever Axe throwing and we learned a lot from Johnnie who wad out assigned instructor. He had several games for our group to play that taught us team work, trained us in aiming, home in our unnatural throwing skill, made the competitive side come out, and was so great we want to come back even though we stay in Kingwood, TX.The establishment is very clean and organized.Several different table games to play for free that I have never played before.The owner takes pride in his place of business as well as making sure you feel safe and like everyone is family there.Many drinks to choose from as well as variety of food trucks that come by.Parking: Lots of parking in the front as long as people park right.Kid-friendliness: Arcade games are free as well as cornhole and pool table.Everyone there is so kind to kids of all ages.”

“If they only had sides left id still be happy can't say that about any bbq I've found This is a busy well visited spot .Regulars in line kept saying try this or that and they are not wrong Brisket moist crumbled apart,Both sausages.. smoking good and the Ribs in my top 3 ever, and I wanted to try more but they sold out ..There sides impressed Mac n cheese was the only side that was just ok the rest was very good to wow..I must return for this again and again until I try it all...My40 min drive wasn't wasted..The crew made this a way above average BBQ spot ..Must try ....Breakfast is a must try”

“My family and I decided to go here randomly because we wanted to sit down and eat somewhere we haven’t before. Host was a super nice man, I could tell he was very busy but was still friendly with us. Our server was also really sweet and accommodated us well. The food was absolutely fantastic. My husband says it’s the best chef salad that he’s ever had, and my food was very delicious too. I got the french toast breakfast and the serving sizes were perfect. The owners came over and chatted with us for a little bit and was playing around with our toddler who loved all the attention. Everyone was all around super nice, so lovely and made us all feel really comfortable! Already recommending this place to family and friends, will 100% come eat here again!”

“Huisache Grill is a charming restaurant tucked off the main road. The building is a beautiful repurposed vintage structure along the railroad tracks.From appetizer to dessert, the food was absolutely delicious! The service was prompt, not pushy, and each course was timed perfectly. Even though we arrived later in the evening, we didn't feel rushed in the least. I would rate everything about the Huisache Grill a 15 on a scale from one to ten! Oh! The fried brie is to die for!! ??”

“This place had quick service but it was a bit small on the inside, all seating is outdoors.They have a handful of dairy free options! And the non dairy vanilla still has the creamy flavor of dairy ice cream. For a large, medium and two smalls it was about $21 pre tip.I do wish you could see the ice creams(I’m big on seeing them haha) and possible trying them, I’m not sure if it was an option to taste them. The people working seemed to be in haste to get your order, fast service which is great but a bit rushed and left me flustered since it was my first time. Next time I’ll look ahead at the menu and check! The ice cream is worth it though!Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options other than sorbet!”

“Try this place! We drove 46 miles to get here because we love the chicken. Such great grilled chicken. Recommend eating inside so you can take advantage of the great free toppings such as fresh cut limes, pico de gallo, cabbage with jalapeños, pickled onions with a habanero for a little kick. The packaging is a bit strange, but traditional.”

“Honestly, I love this place! It came here for the first time last week and didn’t have a reservation. I waited at the bar until a table open. Their drinks are great, but my goodness their food! I got the lobster rolls and the crabcakes. I had to add some salt, but I had salt to everything. But I was in heaven!I came back this week and got the brown butter, curry shrimp, and the Aji tuna nachos! I’m in heaven. The jazz music was awesome. The service staff was incredible. And the food top notch! I’m not sure why I would go anywhere else! What a great way to spend a Friday evening!Oh, and the edamame. Amazing!”

“Stumbled upon this spot as I was out doing a few errands in the area. I haven't been around Seguin much, so this is coming to you as an outsider perspective. Easy parking options for downtown, a cute coffee spot with way more seating than expected. I was a little worried that the coffee and food would be plain, but it was the EXACT opposite. I got a blackberry & white chocolate matcha latte w/ almond milk which is like a dessert but not super sweet in any way. Just enough! I also ordered the Turkey & Apple Slices sandwich toasted and I was super impressed with the instant gratifications of the flavor and crunch of the apples! I have not had a sandwich like that before. I'd definitely go back next time I'm around the area!”

“Family owned and operated restaurant bringing authentic Mexican food to New Braunfels. Everything on the menu is amazing, my favorite dish is whatever Oscar recommends. We visit weekly and enjoy every culinary experience. Recommend the Thursday evening cooking class.”

“Had a little bit of a wait, but that's because the place is great, and people enjoy the food, service, and atmosphere. We came for breakfast, and I had the Migas, which was delicious. Susan had the Hunger Texan, which was way more than she could eat. She said the home fries were great. We got cinnamon rolls with the buttercream icing, fresh baked, and they may be the best cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted. The staff was excellent, and the owner was very involved with customers. We talked with him a bit, discovered he had once lived in our area, and talked about his change over to the restaurant business. Highly recommended!”

“Update - the Flash Fried Spinach was so oily and over fried that I could not eat it. My husband ate it and had an upset stomach afterwards.The flash fried spinach is good, just wish they would use organic spinach. Both the flash fried spinach and spinach salad leaves a film on your palette.”

“This place is awesome. I’m from Houston and have yet to have anything comparable to the mexican food/ breakfast tacos and burritos back home, this place was it. I had an amazing breakfast burrito that I called in and was ready in 10 minutes, and their other food looks amazing as well. “We go several times a week.Drive for an hour to get there.The beer is always good. Large variety to choose.On location it's like 2 craft beer locations. Live bands several times a week.Last visit was my first disappointment. The selections are not the same from the front and the back.My favorites are in the front. It was closed and now for the year it is closed during the week and only open on weekends. Not sure about evening hours. Food is good but limited selection. I'll still be a regular customer.My price per person is based on a few beers and the food.”

“The pizza was satisfactory, and the interior of the establishment was aesthetically pleasing. However, the price of the wings was excessive, as five wings were sold for nine dollars. The pizza dough was thin but of high quality. The amount of cheese and toppings was somewhat lacking, but the flavors were enjoyable. The prices were generally reasonable. This establishment is a suitable option for individuals seeking a satisfactory pizza experience, without having to look all over town. The only thing I can not stand is the amount of chlorine in New Brunfels water; bottled soda or water would be a nice option to have for those who don't like the taste of water in town. Other than that, a nice pizza parlor.”
