This little corner joint is one of my fav and excited that something has finally made its way to our little ole corner on Mile 2 and Bus 83 .They have a place to dine in or they’ll take your order right at your car and have your food out immediately.“

“I used the drive-thru service, staff was nice. I was told to pull up to front of store and wait after I ordered, which was no problem. I ordered 2 carnita tacos on flour tortillas. They were very good. The salsa was also very good. My Coca-Cola was nice and cold. They had on music outside and it definitely gave me that good Saturday feeling. I decided to just roll down my windows and eat in my truck so I could enjoy the vibe.“

“I love their tacos. I find them the best. They have tacos, tortas , baked potatoes, aguas frescas, frijoles charros. They are very friendly and price is reasonable.
Parking: There was a lot of space to park.

“Them bisteq and fajita tacos weren't greasy and great portions..Very tasty....That salsa n chips best I've tasted along with those. charo beans..My kids loved the loaded potatoes best they have had ...we will be back“

“After my sister dropping off her dog at Muddy Paws around the corner from Papa Joe's we decided to eat in at about 8am Saturday. We both ordered bacon egg and cheese tacos. It came with a small serving of refried beans, a 1 oz cup of salsa and tortilla chips. The meal was very cheap ($2.25) and very delicious. It was plenty and kept us til lunch. For someone not familiar with the area and not from Mercedes, this was a great choice. Thank you Papa Joe's. We'll visit again soon.“

“We had a wonderful meal of butter chicken, chicken tiki masala and a very spicy green curry chicken. The owners are super friendly and so hospitable. First time here but definitely not our last. Highly recommend!!!!“
