“I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Persia and Taylor! Both of these ladies went above and beyond with their customer service yesterday (2/1/25). Even though they were cleaning up and getting ready to close, they still took the time to make out children’s (4) Frappuccinos just the way they like them—extra sweet, of course! They really made our KIDS day special, and it speaks volumes about their dedication. You could tell they genuinely care about their customers. “Great experience at this location been seeing alot of negative reviews so was concerned of coming to this location but was the best location i have visited in this franchise they were so nice greeted me when I walked in and clean the guy was cleaning the cafe and talking to other customers asking how their day was and u havent seen that anywhere in a good while.“

“I came to study and stayed for about 2-3 hrs, the staff was kind, clean, had great team work, and worked fast. Loved watching them work togetger, and enjoyed the comforting atmosphere they've made for their customers. I'd originally gone to the one down the street next to the highschool, but after being there for an hour no one had cleaned any of the tables, the seats, floor and tables were sticky. So I decided to come to this one instead!“

“I found my experience there quite lovely the atmosphere the people and the drinks , one thing is the lady came in with her service dog and it was getting all over the counter I’m not to sure it was an “actual service dog” but the staff handled it well the lady was being very rude to the staff I recommend making your own coffee and staying away from the service workers who pour there blood and sweat to make those AMAZING drinks .“
