“Love this hidden gem just outside Quail Valley neighborhood. Serves quality Italian food with a nice dining atmosphere for less than going into Houston and rarely a wait for a table. (I have business lunches here). The chicken parmesan is tasty and the portions are substantial. Have always liked whatever I order.”

The cornbread was like home cooked!! The desserts (Italian Cream cake, peach cobbler and lemon cake) were very good. The service was outstanding!!! The servers were all pleasant and smiling. Staff checked on us several times during our meal. The owner checked on diners personally. We really enjoyed talking to him. You could tell he had a passion for good food and making people feel appreciated. We will definitely visit again.”

“I’ve been here multiple times and have not been disappointed yet. Their sauce and seasoning options are really good. Both the crawfish and snow crab clusters (sorry about the crappy pic but we were hungry!) were fresh, cooked just right and so yummy! I get the garlic butter & Cajun style sauce made spicy. Now have I felt sometimes the weight doesn’t match what I ordered…maybe.
Their pho options are also really good and you can adjust heat as you’d like (pictured is the Cajun pho). The awesome garlic noodles are garlicky and the beignets (though heavy on the powdered sugar) are delicious. Was not too impressed with the crawfish empanadas (I felt like they lacked seasoning).
Staff are nice. TV monitors with different channels playing. Decent seating.”

As always...our experience was superb, so I am taking a moment to give a review:). We're ALWAYS happy. The staff is top notch, the menu is consistently delish, we love the atmosphere, and it's a sweet bonus to be greeted by the Brandani's themselves. Whenever we find ourselves free to have a date night we can always rely on Brandani's for a lovely evening. Well, I somehow bumped my glass of red wine and it splattered all over my face and shirt tonight...but because the Brandani staff is so wonderful and we feel at home, it was easy to laugh off and continue to enjoy our evening together. I absolutely love cookie butter, with Lotus being my fav and this was very similar to their very own if not the same. I went on Friday and again on Saturday, but took my daughter and niece with me. My daughter loves the Picture Perfect and my niece tried them for the first time, getting the birthday cake shake. I will be frequenting here more often now that I live down the street!”

They’re great about packaging their ramen and toppings for pickup so nothing spills and the broth stays hot all the way home! “I've been craving an acai bowl and decided to try this as it was close to my boyfriend's workplace and it was hot. The workers were very sweet and helpful in guiding me through the process. Before you go, make sure to download the app so you can earn points towards rewards!

I got the nauti bowl and it was just what I was looking for! I decided on the dinghy size (12oz) which was filling. The nauti is just like your traditional acai bowl but with some nuttiness with the peanut butter. I was worried that the peanut butter would overpower the taste of the acai, but thankfully it did not and instead it complimented the sweetness of the acai and bananas. I also really liked the texture of the cacao nibs which gave it a nice crunch. I'm hoping to try the big island bowl next time.

I also got the sample flight board for boyfriend since we love acai bowls. I decided on the flight so his coworkers wouldn't get jealous (LOL) and they were very happy with the early morning surprise 😊 so go ahead and surprise your loved ones with the flight board too!”

My recommendation would be the tamales (obviously), fish tacos, tres leches, churros, and chips & salsa! Our waiter was incredible! He was very welcoming, attentive, and polite. Service is extremely important and depending on your waiter and restaurant, it can be hit or miss. However, that was not the case during our visit. Hospitality was prioritized which was evident after meeting both manager and owner. Great experience!”

Chicago has great Chinese food and to be honest I wasn’t so sure we would find it here in Texas, however, this was delicious. I had the chicken egg foo young with fried rice and it was so good and filling. The portion size was plentiful. Everything was packaged well and I appreciate that. I don’t know the staff names but I always get the two for two…special half a sandwich and a soup and of course they’re famous carrot cake.. sometimes I go early in the morning sometimes I go at 9 o’clock and grab a sandwich before they close. I don’t understand why some people on here complain about dining in when you come in at 9 o’clock knowing they close at 9:30. I’m sure the staff are really ready to go home after working a full shift, so why are you complaining when they’re telling you it’s time to exit at 9:30 so they can go home and be with their families. That is absolutely crazy. I think some of us are not considerate when it comes to respecting the staff at restaurants …and that they want to go home and you expect them to wait until you have finished your meal after you have walked in and ordered at 9:15 ( knowing they close at 9:30)and want to sit there and eat when you know it’s closing time…who does that …try a little more consideration… thank you for your service at this location. “I have had so many boba milk teas in Houston and when I ask the staff to get me a tea with less sugar it was always sweet when I sipped. But the staff in Tao Tao know what they are doing. The Ceylon highland milk tea with 50 percent sugar is everything I needed.I could taste the tea flavor without any sugar and it's elite.

I drove for 30 minutes from my work place to try and it didn't disappoint me. Definitely will be back to try more flavors.
