“I was here for a corporate team building and loved it so much that I organized three friends outings with teens (weekday before 6pm). I specially like the clean air, camera & screen play, and general upscale atmosphere provided here for playing darts that I haven’t found anywhere else in town.

Everyone loves this place. 90 minutes of fun for a group of 6-8 fly by very quickly, so consider 90 mins to be your minimum rental time.

The beef sliders are delish as well as the spinach dip and pizza. Every food item is small, though. So consider dining somewhere else before or after.

Cocktails have been good. I like the Snapdragon.

If you make reservations, book for a few less people so you are not stuck paying for no-shows. You can always pay for more guests when they show up.

The place is not cheap, though. You will pay per person for playtime, plus food dishes that are small and pricey. Cocktail prices are similar to an upscale restaurant.

It has been worth the experience, but do consider what else you will do before or after because 90 min of playtime is short and if your group has teens, you will be out of there by 6pm which is too early for most kids’ outings.“

It's always nice when a bar has a menu of specialty drinks, and Roswell didn't disappoint! Their drinks also seemed to include an ingredient that would glow well under black light, and the whole bar is lit with them.

The bar was clean, the staff was friendly, the drinks were good! I liked the decor and they have really leaned into the black lights, and pulled it off well!

“I was just down the street doing laundry and I had about an hour to wait, so i started walking down the street and came upon WAlabama Ice house, they where playing slow soft music. So I went in and ordered a beer, the bar tender was very polite and the people around me were super friendly, I almost wished I could stay longer, I even meet a very sweet women there. But i soon had to go and get my laundry and take it home.“

“My name is Andre. Today I have been banned from the Westchase Tavern. I guess for life. Their reasons from prohibiting me from stepping in their facility were legit I had an open tab of 5$ from couple days earlier and I paid what I owed today. I question the motivations and would like to say this to the OWNER : You've insulted me, I quote, " THANK YOU FOR STANDING FOR ME WHEN THIS WOMAN SAID I WAS RACIST, B******* DUDE YOU'RE A F****** COWARD" when I walked out of your infrastructure. Two weeks ago, the woman I've met at your bar was drunk, and we were involved in Public Display of Affection at your counter. You felt uncomfortable, your guests felt uncomfortable, again a fair concern you've made known to us, but when she started to rant about it insinuating it was racially motivated, I did stand for you and repeated several times it wasn't case. But she was inebriated and even when we were outside I did adjudicated in your favor. I have been a client of your bar for a couple months and I never received bias treatment from your employees. The cursing at me just to prove your point was completely unnecessary. I enjoyed frequenting your tavern. Thanks“

“Catbirds is a Montrose institution. Back in the day this place was a wild dive bar. Of course as the times changed, the bar has evolved. They shutdown, and for a while we scared that the beloved Catbirds was shuttered for good. But the she rose from the ashes like a phoenix. The drink menu was amped up, now offering delicious craft cocktails. They still offer Lone Star at the cheapest price I’ve found in Montrose. Their prices range to keep an eclectic clientele. You never know who you’ll be sitting next to. The service is great. Love Liberty. She’s the nicest bartender ever. But the entire team is equally attentive, kind and knowledgeable. One of my favorite things about Catbirds is how inclusive it is. They proudly hang the rainbow flag behind the bar. It’s not a “gay bar”, but it is a safe space. I love this bar and hope it never goes anywhere.“

“Went there about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday Night. The Bartenders Shano & Josh were attentive and the drinks wasn’t water down. “On saturday, I met up with a friend here to grab a couple drinks. The atmosphere was fantastic.The live music was great.The food was okay.I liked it enough to eat it and not complain.But I almost wanted another burger. However, there was a mix up with payment. I got charged twice.When the second charger should have gone to my buddy's card. Because it's the weekend that's not gonna show up in our bank accounts until at least monday or tuesday at the latest. So when I saw that I was double charged today, I attempted to show up and have them rectify the mistake. I don't know who the older lady is at the bar during the daytime, but she's absolutely terrible with customer service. The rest of the staff were cool, tho . Apparently, they don't have a manager available until Friday. Understandable given the holiday.
Anyways, I'm sure it'll get resolved.“

“I would recommend The Flat for anyone that’s never been there! It’s a fun atmosphere and even has live DJ’s. But I have to say the music is hit or miss. Lately I’ve been going and it’s not very good, it should be house music on House nights. The good thing is that it is open everyday of the week and a great place to chill! We often patronize The Flat, because we do like it, the patio is cool too! I’d say The Flat is definitely a Houston Icon, and you have to check it out! 🤩“
