“My husband and I had date night tonight and decided to go to one of our fav spots, again. We've been going to Brandani's for almost 10 years. As always...our experience was superb, so I am taking a moment to give a review:). We're ALWAYS happy. The staff is top notch, the menu is consistently delish, we love the atmosphere, and it's a sweet bonus to be greeted by the Brandani's themselves. Whenever we find ourselves free to have a date night we can always rely on Brandani's for a lovely evening. Well, I somehow bumped my glass of red wine and it splattered all over my face and shirt tonight...but because the Brandani staff is so wonderful and we feel at home, it was easy to laugh off and continue to enjoy our evening together. Ha. Two thumbs up. As always! 🥰“

I am often critical of native food overseas. Portions, atmosphere and even (although not tried this time) occasional great surprises; wine pairing is exceptional and from peers feedback, the cocktails did not disappoint either. B (our server) and the management courteous greetings are commendable. In addition, having a Valet P next door is a plus as this area is probably quite expensive to park otherwise. So yeah. “I am a new regular visitor of Houston since my boyfriend moved here a few weeks ago and decided to order a random veggie sandwich and soup… the veggie Sammie and posole from local foods is probably the best veggie sandwich I have ever had!!! The posole was A+++++ and I am from El Paso Texas, where grew up on posole and have some of the best Mexican food you’ll ever eat. The sandwich was so flavorful and fresh, I added tofu and vegan aioli and could not believe how delicious this was! The posole was top knotch! Clean, tasty and the perfectly seasoned. It’s been 3 days since I had this meal and I am dying to go sit and actually eat here!!! Can’t wait to go and try something else! There were so many clean eats and veggie options I am so excited to try it all! Well done!!!!!“

The drinks are of the highest level, and the service is seriously top-tier. Massive shoutout to Mabel, Corey, and Manny the man🧍‍♂️ and the whole team. They’re all super professional, but still keep things relaxed and fun. You feel welcomed, taken care of, and honestly, like part of the place.

“I usually don't review but this place deserves it. It was my first time eating here and it was amazing. Albert explained how every topping was made and the sauces. Also I have never had a pizza place that could do a pizza half/half with different sauces. Usually it's only toppings but same sauce when doing half/half. Making this my go to pizza place“

“I was there yesterday with my family for my granddaughter’s birthday. It was the first time for all of us. The workers were very nice food was great. I even took have a dinner for my husband and his parents. The only complaint is that I did not get the gravy for the mashed potatoes. Bummer, since I live too far to go back for it we had to do without. So check your order before you go. This was my only complaint. The smothered chicken was excellent, squash casserole too and the potatoes tasted great, even without the gravy.“

The burrata was so delicious, the oysters were amazing, and I couldn’t get enough of my chicken kebabs! So flavorful and savory. Everything was plated beautifully, and I could eat 500 more of those dulce de leche donuts. Also, the service is SO sweet and charismatic. I spilled a coke all over the table like a dummy, and they were so nice about it hahaha

Parking: The valet was only $8, so I recommend that! The lot can get super full. There’s also parking security, so it feels safe for women at night!“

We came on an evening where you roll dice for custom Negronis, and that was so fun to participate in. The drinks were beyond delicious. The antipasti we had and our entrees were amazing. The establishment is visually stunning and the atmosphere is elevated and welcoming.
We came celebrating a life event, and the only disappointing thing was we were told there was a complimentary desert, but it was never given. We didn’t want to be a bother of course, so we didn’t ask. Other than that, I have nothing to say but praise for this dining experience.“

Lobster raviolis after a while the richness of the sauce began to taste salty. The Brad brought to the table was mediocre. We had also ordered the artichoke and spinach dip - way too much cheese and not enough spinach. We did have ask for a wine list. We may return but it may be our back up dinner plan place to go to. The restaurant is cute and all but rather crowded and tables are rather close to each other.“
