“From the moment we arrived, we received a warm, friendly welcome, and the service throughout the evening was excellent. I have to admit, when a very young server named Helen introduced herself, I initially underestimated her. I couldn't have been more wrong. She was outstanding, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She did a terrific job. The food was excellent, and the steaks were cooked perfectly. The menu prices were in line with what I would expect for a quality steakhouse. The wine list also seemed a little expensive, so we opted for cocktails instead. Overall, we had a very enjoyable dining experience, and thanks in large part to Helen's exceptional service, I would definitely return. Last thing I found the music way to loud hard to hear your guests and hard to hear the servers, however when asked they did turn it down slightly.“

“The pizza is delicious and you can definitely tell the ingredients are fresh, this is one of the only authentic Chicago style deep dish in Houston that i could find. The crust is perfect, the sauce is delicious, the cheese tastes natural. The service was excellent, the only thing i would change about the atmosphere is better seating, but I understand the place is small with minimal space for actual tables. The prices are decent as well. I definitely recommend trying.“

“I am a new regular visitor of Houston since my boyfriend moved here a few weeks ago and decided to order a random veggie sandwich and soup… the veggie Sammie and posole from local foods is probably the best veggie sandwich I have ever had!!! The posole was A+++++ and I am from El Paso Texas, where grew up on posole and have some of the best Mexican food you’ll ever eat. The sandwich was so flavorful and fresh, I added tofu and vegan aioli and could not believe how delicious this was! The posole was top knotch! Clean, tasty and the perfectly seasoned. It’s been 3 days since I had this meal and I am dying to go sit and actually eat here!!! Can’t wait to go and try something else! There were so many clean eats and veggie options I am so excited to try it all! Well done!!!!!“

“I love this cocktail bar! It has such a great vibe, and the drinks are consistently excellent. Even when it’s busy, the bartenders have it completely under control — they make sure you get a menu right away and never leave you hanging.
The cocktail menu (I believe) has a mix of permanent drinks and seasonal drinks that get swapped out, and honestly, nothing disappoints. My favorites are the sherbet-style cocktail and the Gin Fizz with nutmeg — both are fantastic.
The atmosphere is brilliant, and I love that you see all age groups enjoying the space. If you can get a table with service, even better. Highly recommend — love, love this place!“

“As usual, the food was fantastic, certainly the best Asian food within 100 miles of Holly Springs/Raliegh Area. My new favorite is Basil fried rice. Will still order the Pad See Ewe as well. I don't like much spicy heat on my food and they are very accommodating to please. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.“

“We went last night for my husband’s birthday. While the food was outstanding per usual, the service was deplorable. We waited 40 minutes before our order was taken and just sat with waters. Bread came after appetizers. Kids were completely done with their meals before adults received ours. Difficult experience with two small children. When we first got there, only three other tables had people at them so it wasn’t busy. Definitely expected better service.“

“The Slowpokes on Stella Link is really great. Good variety of coffee that changes with the seasons, lots of tasty snacks, and a good space for both studying and socializing. I’ve been going for about 2 years now; the severs/ baristas are always friendly (especially Jake and Glory) and make sure I’m comfortable.“

From the atmosphere and our amazing server Maxwell, It was the perfect spot to spend 4 hrs catching up with my bestie before she flew out. “My husband and I prefer eating at home whenever possible, but we enjoy taking advantage of Houston Restaurant Weeks for a steak dinner at an incredible price. As usual, we went to three places and ordered filets at all three. Our food and general experience at The Capital Grille was by far the best. The staff was exceptional, and the steak was perfect. Incredibly, it was also the least expensive evening even with several cocktails. I don't know how Capital Grille did it, but they made the steaks at Del Frisco's and Brenner's on the Bayou seem sad by comparison. We will visit Capital Grille again even when it's not HRW. And next year during HRW, we will visit Capital Grille three times and cross the other places off our list.“

“I was there yesterday with my family for my granddaughter’s birthday. It was the first time for all of us. The workers were very nice food was great. I even took have a dinner for my husband and his parents. The only complaint is that I did not get the gravy for the mashed potatoes. Bummer, since I live too far to go back for it we had to do without. So check your order before you go. This was my only complaint. The smothered chicken was excellent, squash casserole too and the potatoes tasted great, even without the gravy.“

“We didn't order food this evening however, those at the bar near us enjoyed everything they ordered. The bar tender was fantastic and said he's been in the building for decades. He listened to the issue we were having with scheduling hotel services, more than others, and told us he'd reach out to management. More on that when I review the hotel itself.“

“My husband and I had date night tonight and decided to go to one of our fav spots, again. We've been going to Brandani's for almost 10 years. As always...our experience was superb, so I am taking a moment to give a review:). We're ALWAYS happy. The staff is top notch, the menu is consistently delish, we love the atmosphere, and it's a sweet bonus to be greeted by the Brandani's themselves. Whenever we find ourselves free to have a date night we can always rely on Brandani's for a lovely evening. Well, I somehow bumped my glass of red wine and it splattered all over my face and shirt tonight...but because the Brandani staff is so wonderful and we feel at home, it was easy to laugh off and continue to enjoy our evening together. Ha. Two thumbs up. As always! 🥰“
