“So we went to Rodeo Goat for a few drinks before dinner. I asked our bartender, Anna, for an extra sweet bourbon Manhattan on the rocks. This is probably not a common order. She was gone for quite a while and I said to my husband, "She probably had to look up how to make it." Well, she did and it was outstanding. I wish more bartenders would do this!! I have been to numerous upscale restaurants in the area and, honestly, this is the best drink I have ever had. Anna was a delightful, professional bartender and a credit to Rodeo Goat. Seemed pretty standard for a bar, appetizers were good, it was a shock that soft drinks didn't have free refills, the wait staff was friendly but largely hard to find. “Solid spread of options on the menu. Went with the appetizer crab cake, spicy rigatoni, basil pesto pasta, and the steak frites. The pasta’s were both ok, liked the spicy rigatoni more but not a ton of flavor. The crab cake was phenomenal, great texture and flavor and it was massive. Steak frites was also a win, shoestring fries and a flank steak cooked perfectly medium rare, which for a to-go order is a tall task. Staff was friendly when I went to pick up the food and the inside of the restaurant looked modern and nice.“

“One of the best seafood restaurants in the country. Whenever I am in town I always stop by this restaurant. And we usually order fried calamari and crab spinach dip for starters. Now main dish of choice depends of what we’re craving. Their lobster bisque remind me of home. They have huge portions (everything bigger in TEXAS) and great variety of seafood meals to pig out on. “My husband and I had a wonderful experience at 30 Brunch House - Sachse. The atmosphere is charming and the staff is friendly. Our waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The star of this place though, is the delicious breakfast and brunch dishes. Definitely try them out! 5*“

I was in the bathroom and he did one those "knock and immediately try to enter" things, like didn't even wait for me to say it was occupied. Then he tells me through the door "make sure it's clean I have to take pictures". Excuse you? Also don't like that he was yelling to the kitchen from clear across the dining room while we're trying to eat. And probably the worst of it.... it's 22° outside and the heater is off. I would be warmer sitting outside in the sun than in here. Definitely do order it to go though.“
