“We discovered Bajio a couple of months ago and has been our go to for Tex Mex ever since , at least once a week . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The complementary chips, salsa and black bean dip are great . The food is always delicious and perfect temperature. The frozen margaritas are excellent! Great atmosphere. “We had a baby celebration at Matt’s in Allen and it was a great experience! Communication with Ericka to schedule and plan the event was easy. The banquet room was perfect, allowing everyone to sit and eat or get up to walk around and visit. We chose the “Munchies Feast” buffet and it was plenty of food. Open tab for beer and margaritas. Our server, Luis, was fabulous- attentive and responsive. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and our guests had a wonderful time! 👏🏻🎉🎊😀“

The staff was super polite and the food truly took me by surprise. The flautas were cooked to perfection and the queso was so flavorful.
