“I have eaten at this restaurant for years even before it was at it current location. love the food. have had a couple of recent to go orders that were not correct. most recently today I got the number 11 and only got the eye round steak nothing else. but beyond these two mistakes they have been amazing“

“We went for our first time today. It’s our anniversary. We got the fried crab fingers and it come with the most sinful garlic brown butter sauce. I could have drank that butter. We also got the bbq crabs and the shrimp tacos. All of it was very delicious. We will definitely be back again. I totally forgot the waitresses name but she was fantastic.“

“The best pho I’ve ever tried!“

“We went with our friends Kenny & Dena to eat at Charlie’s Bar-B-Que & Catering this afternoon in Beaumont. It is some of the best BBQ around. While eating we seen a picture of Charlie and Aaron Franklin standing together under a tent. Charlie’s wife came over to ask how our food was and I asked her about the picture, she proceeded to tell us how they received an invited to cook at Aaron Franklin’s BBQ cook off in Austin, she was so nice. After we finished our meal Charlie came out to check on something, and we stopped him and started talking with him about how he Smokes his meat, type of wood he uses….etc, he was such a super nice friendly guy to talk and visit with. I would highly recommend if your hungry for some BBQ, or need an event catered, to give them a try. Their BBQ is delicious. Oh, I almost forgot, then we went to DQ in Nederland for some ice cream to complete our evening of festivities……..LOL 😂“

“Ive had lots of Guisada but smoked brisket Guisada by Chef Mark was beyond! Super tender and flavorful and coupled with his homemade tortillas....you missed out if you didn't get this. Never a disappointment. Enjoy the Bud sign and coin. You earned them.“

The parking spaces are good as well, so it's not complicated to do a quick stop to get a fine taste of Vien Dong Restaurant's food. “BEST BURRITOS EVERY! Also HUGE! I always have to cut it in half and can only eat a half. Then later that night or the next day I finish it. Plenty of options for what you want, burrito, nachos, etc. I've heard the nachos are amazing also i haven't tried them yet. They are open 24 hours!“

“I found this place on Google and decided to give them a try after several failed attempts trying to find a decent Chinese food restaurant. Im glad I gave them a try because the food was good. I went during the lunch specials and got the orange chicken with lo mein. Everything was fresh and made to order i will be returning to try more items on the menu.“

“La Catina. Yes we address this with management. If you'd like to feel dismissed and like the laughing stock. Please visit this establishment. They know exactly how to hear that your food is incorrect and then laugh at you while you are leaving the restaurant. Furthermore, while you have the courage to discuss the matter with the hostess the wait staff is will continue laughing at you. We did request to speak to the manager. The hostess had more compassion. We were offer a coupon for our next visit. We declined. No meal removed or refunded. We love to visit local establishments and support as often as we can. I hope things will improve and no one else is made to feel this way.“

“The waitress didn’t seem to understand the basic requests we had, she sort of went about her business completely ignoring my requests like I wanted my croissant to come out with my meal, but she brought it before any of the drinks! I just felt she could have been a better listener if she did what she nodded and agreed to after I asked. But great food, atmosphere was alright.“

“Not only is this one of the few remaining Lubys in Texas it also has a drive-thru.

I ordered the cheese and bacon chopped steak combo meal. It comes with two sides and a roll. I also ordered a slice of the classic chocolate icebox pie. It was less than $18 and everything was absolutely delicious.

The young man who waited on me through the drive-thru was very helpful and they got my order out to me quickly“

“We dropped in for lunch Saturday 1/27/2024 our waitress was Hannah. We were greeted with a smile. Hannah took our drink order and returned quickly with our drinks. We placed our order and Hannah repeated it back making suggestions along the way. Hannah returned shortly with pipping hot rolls and cinnamon butter. Hannah checked back on us several times while food was being prepared. The food came and was prepared perfectly. I ordered the large Prime Rib (rare). The Prime Rib was prepared perfectly. The wife had Chicken Fried Sirloin which came out perfectly. The was brought out by a different server and in a moment Hannah came back to check on us. We had so much food we could not come close to eating it all. Hannah provided us with to go containers and small containers for the sides. Hannah by far was the best waitress that has ever served us. We will definitely be back and request Hannah for our waitress.“

“Our small group stopped here today for Happy Hour and crawfish specials. We were an indecisive bunch but luckily our waitress was Neshia (sorry if I misspelled her name), and she made the best suggestions. We went with her recommendations, and we had the best meal experience. Neshia is a superstar, bringing us whatever we needed, frequently checking on us, clearing items off our table to be sure we had plenty of tabletop room. If you stop by Crazy Cajun, ask to be seated where Neshia is your server. We had the boudain ball appetizer, the crawfish specials and ice cold beer. The crawfish was seasoned perfectly--just spicy enough. They were very fresh, juicy and easy to peel. It was a chilly day but we picked a table on the patio and were toasty warm due to heaters and lovely fire pit features. This is the place to go in Southeast Texas to have a great dining experience with friends and family. I hope you're lucky enough to have Neshia working your table.“

“Had a great time here, good food, and friendly staff. Started off with chips and salsa. Salsa was great, amazing flavor with just the right amount of heat. We ordered the Chile con queso and the queso blanco, both were fine on their own but a little disappointing after the salsa. The Mexican Candy Margaritas were outstanding just be careful with this smooth cocktail it will sneak up on you. Our entrée was the Tamale deluxe perfectly cooked. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.“
