“I caught them stealing from me and they called it corporate policy. They charge more per pound of meat if you order less than a pound. This policy is not listed anywhere and some of the employees were not even aware it was happening. It's a shady way of increasing profits if you do not want to order a full pound of meat. I've been in Texas all my life. No reputable place prices bbq like this. edit: This happened at the slaughter location. My mistake. but they told me it's a company wide policy so, doesn't matter.“

“Pop’s BBQ was sooo good! We tried it for the first time today (9/1/24) and really were blown away. We had the brisket, ribs, and banana pudding. You can absolutely tell the amount of care that is put into prepping and cooking the food. We will be making this a tradition to come back each month, for sure.“

“This has been mine and my daughters favorite spot for years, but recently we’ve gone 2 times in a row and they were out of ramen. That’s what my daughter gets and both times we’ve had to leave and go somewhere else. It’s disappointing but hopefully the ramen will be back and we can start going again. “This morning I dined in at this location (unfortunately I have no pictures due to my tight schedule) I ordered 3 bean and cheese tacos with two bacons each and one sweet tea. Short and sweet interactions with the staff who were quick to make the food and tidied up the tables quickly. The food was fantastic! They stuffed my tacos and they were fresh and hot! I haven’t gone in many years for breakfast or lunch but this re kindled my desire to go back to this location for a larger meal! I know this might be a simple breakfast but it really started my day right!
