“Always worth a stop at Rudy's. Some of the best brisket you will ever have. I love the coleslaw as well. This place is pretty popular but the line is never super crazy. They offer a lot of good breakfast options as well that I haven't tried yet but definitely plan to one day. Overall they have something for everyone here.“

“Pop’s BBQ was sooo good! We tried it for the first time today (9/1/24) and really were blown away. We had the brisket, ribs, and banana pudding. You can absolutely tell the amount of care that is put into prepping and cooking the food. We will be making this a tradition to come back each month, for sure.“

“It’s been a few weeks since I last had H-E-B Texas barbecue, and somehow I forgot just how ridiculously good that brisket is. One bite in and—boom—instant reminder. Juicy, tender, piled high on a toasted bun… I added coleslaw and went full Texas-size. Honestly, I almost needed a nap halfway through.
The brisket-and-pinto beans? Let’s just say they did not skimp on the brisket. Flavor for days, just the right amount of sauce, and I even topped it all off with a little extra spicy sauce because why not?
They had just opened at 11 a.m., and the service was excellent—shoutout to Desiree! Food came out hot, fast, and smelling like happiness.
I’m moving out of state soon, but I already know that the next time I’m back in Texas, this is my first stop. Five stars all“

“Find a way to get there! I kept putting off trying this because it can be very busy traffic area but I am surely glad I did! The jerk chicken was juicy, the ribs fell right off the bone with perfect taste. Mac n cheese, corn & cole slaw 10/10! Great portions and the heat was perfect! Definitely will be back soon.“

“This has been mine and my daughters favorite spot for years, but recently we’ve gone 2 times in a row and they were out of ramen. That’s what my daughter gets and both times we’ve had to leave and go somewhere else. It’s disappointing but hopefully the ramen will be back and we can start going again. Food has always been wonderful so I’m definitely missing it now.“

“This morning I dined in at this location (unfortunately I have no pictures due to my tight schedule) I ordered 3 bean and cheese tacos with two bacons each and one sweet tea. Short and sweet interactions with the staff who were quick to make the food and tidied up the tables quickly. The food was fantastic! They stuffed my tacos and they were fresh and hot! I haven’t gone in many years for breakfast or lunch but this re kindled my desire to go back to this location for a larger meal! I know this might be a simple breakfast but it really started my day right!
